Zac strikes the perfect balance between knot-​dissolving pressure point attention and overall body soothing, while regularly checking to ensure what he’s doing works for me. I always walk in a tangled, gnarled, stressed out mess and practically pour out the door, a relaxed human being when he’s finished.

Just want to make it clear that Elements does NOT take customer’s circumstances into consideration. Per my conversation with the owner regarding this, her policy trumps customer’s circumstances. They have their $ 59, but they’ve lost any future business from me and people I would refer to them. If you know for certain what life will bring you in 30 days, sign up for the wellness. If not, ask for a massage by Nikole, but don’t get trapped in the wellness plan.

I’ve had two massages here and both have been great. It’s easy to get an appointment and the staff is friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended.

I was scared to try a new therapist due my sciatica problems. I saw Brad and he was amazing. I signed up for wellness plan and will continue to go there from this point on. I recommend you go here very nice place and they really care. Very satisfied customer. Thank you Brad, you rock

A massage was very much needed as my body was growing fast due to my pregnancy and I was just sore all over! I was very much satisfied with my overall prenatal massage visit.
Front desk was welcoming and was ready for my arrival. Very professional, clean, relaxing and organized. The girl at the front desk made sure I was comfortable and offered me water as I waited for my masseuse.
I was greeted by Ramona who was very welcoming. I felt like I wasn’t a first time client, she was just herself & that made me feel very relaxed.
My full body massage was great! I loved their prenatal massage table because it has that cut out of your baby belly which makes it super comfortable! Ramona was great and she made sure that I liked the pressure of the massage.
Ending my visit, the front desk lady informed me of their wellness program. Unlike other spas, they didn’t require you sign a contract. The price was very reasonable and best of all it’s just a month to month membership. So if I find my finances come rough, I can cancel or put my account on hold. Yes, I signed up because it will be a nice monthly reward to make my body feel relaxed with my growing baby.

Very well managed, very clean, really nice people. Front desk staff courteous and welcoming. I saw Ramona today and her hands were gentle and strong enough to knock out ALL the kinks. There was spa music playing and I felt totally relaxed. It is as well run as any hotel spa I’ve been to. At the end they give you a cold water bottle to help flush out the toxins. Great experience!

unfortunately, I have to down grade my previous review. This is partially because Kurt left the company. He was the best at deep tissue, trigger point, and finding knots. I did use another MT, Brandon. He is also really good, but my reason for downgrading is because I had a really difficult time trying to schedule a massage over several months. Several times i was sent to voice mail and never got a return call. When I did get through to someone, the MT I wanted was booked for several weeks. The last straw was when I called during business hours (8pm-9:30pm) and no one answered, and no voice mail available. Being I had prepaid massages, I called another location to see if this location closed down. The owner of the other location didn’t think so and personally called the location with no success. Baffled, the owner of the other location sent an email and text to the owner of the Casa Paloma location with no response. She informed me that she emailed my information and desire to schedule an appointment. After several days of no return call or email, I went to the location and spoke with someone about the issue. I was initially told there were problems with the phone system, but the phone company came out and fixed it. I booked my massage. When I went in for my massage I spoke with the female receptionist that has been there a while. I explained the problems I’ve been having booking an appointment and asked what was going on, and if the business was on the decline. She confirmed to me that there were problems with the phone system; however, the non reply to voice messages was probably because a new girl didn’t know how to answer voice messages and didn’t bother to say anything to anyone.(So, is she the only one assigned to retrieving and return voice messages? Are all these unanswered voice messages still waiting to be retrieved and returned?) She also said that business is increasing and they are booking up, so they have been «crazy busy». She also told me that the reason no one answered the phone the night I kept calling was because the owner decided to close the shop early. So, if they are booking up why close early? Did they cancel appointments to close early? If they are closing early why not activate voice message and leave a message that states they closed early that day? There was an apology for these mishaps, but the responses seem somewhat contradictory and unsettling. When I decided to end my automatic monthly prepaid massage agreement the owner informed me, via email, that I had to use my remaining four prepaid massages before the end of the month to avoid any further fee and an additional monthly prepaid massage. Nothing in the contract states this requirement. When I mentioned this to the owner she wouldn’t budge and was cold; despite their failure to return phone calls and for closing early. I spoke with several employees, and another elements location, and they had never heard of this requirement before. This left me three weeks to use my remaining massages. Of course, when I tried to book with Brandon he was booked for the two weeks. So, determined to terminate any further relationship with this location, and financially support this owner, I booked with another MT for an hour and a half. I booked for deep tissue and although relaxing, it wasn’t deep tissue. However, this was short lived. I actually left with more tension because of the unprofessional encounter with the owner. I finished the last of my prepaid massages with Brandon. The two stars is only because the MTs are good. The front staff people are nice, but have communication issues between themselves, and with returning calls. The downgrade of three stars is truly because the owner doesn’t seem to understand that massage is part of the health care profession and is suppose to help people get rid of stress, not add to it. The owner is ultimately responsible for operations management. It seemed like she was unaware of the issues with the phone system and lack of returned calls. For her to still require these non-​documented conditions of termination, seems wrong with all I had gone through to try and schedule appointments. Poor customer relations and service.

I love Elements massage (Casa Paloma). The front staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The massage therapists really customize treatments for your specific needs. I regularly see Lisa for deep tissue treatments. As with all massage places, they do have the monthly club to get you to prepay for massages.

Went in for my appointment very sore, came out very relaxed. Cynthia was fantastic and I would definitely make an appointment with her again. The room was a little cooler than I prefer, but otherwise everything was great!

Please be cautious when canceling or putting your membership on hold at this elements location. The new ownership is tactical & myopic, one that exhibits little or no care towards maintaining long term customer relationships.
Here’s a summary of my experience:
— Absence of a proper communication channel to inform and ensure that a customer’s credit card will not be automatically charged after a membership hold period.
— Lack of a proper refund process in the event that a customer’s credit card was automatically charged after a membership hold period.
— Inattention & indifference in dealing with an established customer.
— Absence of care towards customer retention, an aspect typically undertaken by great businesses.
— Rigid & inflexible process that uses contractual T’s & C’s as an easy way out of dealing with genuine customer issues.
— Absence of use of discretion when it comes to exerting policies and procedures on customers.
— Thorough lack of timely follow up.
Specifics were an issue to me but unnecessary for a forum such as this. The time I spent to write this is to make this point. It is to inform existing & future members to proceed with caution when dealing with the current management at this location. It is also testimony that some businesses like these treat cancellations with indifference and lack of proper care towards long term customer satisfaction & retention. After all, to them, a customer canceling & moving-​out-​of-​state is not nearly as important as a potential new one.
The previous owner Cami, I heard, has left this place. She understood how to run a business and she knew what a customer truly meant. She ran an excellent business. I would seek her business any day.
I have serious doubts about the current owner. Lesson learned, I shall never put my money in ‘Elements Massage’ at this location, ever. An excellent business has unfortunately turned mediocre.
I hope this review will help existing and future customers to consider these points during the process of signup & hold/​cancelation of membership and to proceed with caution.

I have been here twice to get prenatal massages during my pregnancy. Not only do they have the beds where you can lay on your stomach but the service and atmosphere is outstanding. I came in at 40 weeks and Romana worked out all my soreness and helped the swelling in my hands and legs go down. I wish I could take her to the hospital with me. Thank you so much!!!

I didn’t like that the masseuse talked to me the WHOLE 80 minutes. I’m there to relax and get a massage, not to have a chat. Massages I’ve gotten at ASU health center were way better and much cheaper. I didn’t appreciate to be pushed and put on the spot to join their wellness membership either. I will not be going back.

Although they did not accommodate my wife and I with a couples massage (massages in same room) we still cannot believe how amazing our therapists were and the over-​all experience was. My therapist was Steph and I cannot remember my wife’s therapist. Steph talked a little about my lifestyle, where I have pain, and then how she was going to approach «treating» me. The massage I received was a deep tissue massage and very needed. She did a phenomenal job focusing on my problem areas by applying the perfect amount of pressure to be effective while still allowing me to be comfortable. The after effects of getting this massage has made me revisit the idea of making massages a monthly part of our health régime. I will definitely go back, and always recommend Elements!

Amazing. I love this place and recommend it to others all the time. I learned about it when I first became pregnant last fall due to a flyer from my OB. One prenatal massage from Brittney and I was hooked. I went twice a month during pregnancy and I think it helped immensely. Brittney is the sweetest ever, but more importantly, she’s consistent and is a great therapist. I look forward to our appointments together even though I’ve scaled back to once a month. I’ve had many massages and this place is the best! Go! You won’t be disappointed!

LOVE the ambiance and energy here! The space is beautiful making it easy to relax and escape the day to day stresses! Convenient location right around shopping and restaurants so you can really make a great day of it!

Went to this place yesterday on short notice because I really needed a massage. They were able to accommodate me being right on time instead a little early to fill out paper work (dang traffic), and Kurt was super knowledgeable and professional. $ 59 for an hour for the first time, not too bad! I’ll be back!

5 Stars for my therapist Brittney. She was awesome, very personable and listened to my needs. We quickly discussed what i wanted most out of our session (neck and back only) and assessed any concerns i had. I prefer my therapist to apply deep pressure and she did not disappoint.

**This was only an introductory price. They want you to sign up for a membership which the prices were reasonable only w/​the membership.**
3 stars for Elements Therapeutic Massage: due to the cost increase after the intro rate and having to sign up for a membership. I would not pay their full prices for a 55 min massage at this facility.
For a no frills quick massage it is a clean and relaxing atmosphere.
In short, i would go back if they had a discount for non-​members at a good price.

Excellent location and great service. You can tell the therapists love working here and they do great massages.
When I got into the room Kurt asked what kind of massage I wanted, pressure and type. My back was killing me when I went in, and it has felt great since. I will be back again in two weeks.– thank you!
