Originally from upstate New York, Jeremy moved to Arizona to finish his education at Arizona State University. With a deep commitment to exceeding his client’s expectations in both the area of knowledge and service Jeremy has continued his education in the mortgage industry by earning his Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation from the C.M.P.S. Institute and by graduating from the Xinnix Mortgage Academy. Both of these organizations included instruction from the mortgage industry’s top trainers.

My situation was unique and, at best, i thought I had a 50⁄50 chance to secure a home in AZ. We are relocating there as part of a work opportunity and several lenders provided as part of my relocation program indicated they could not assist. I found the HOUSE team on line, and after reading the reviews, I thought I would give them a try.
What i appreciated most was that Jeremy listened to my story and made every effort to find a way to help me fulfill my goal to purchase a home my family could call their own, as we had been renters for many years.
Jeremy never over-​promised, and always cautioned the challenges my situation provided, but he and his team were genuine in their efforts and made every attempt to get to know me and understand my situation in depth.
The communication was excellent throughout the process and thanks to Jeremy and the HOUSE team, my wife and 3 children will be settling into our brand new home, with a kitchen my wife adores and a pool my kids will never leave.

My wife and I recently used Peter M. at the House team and had a GREAT experience! Peter and the team were very patient and detailed, not only did we get lists for what they needed, we got a summary each Friday of where we stood in the process, a list of upcoming milestones and what was still outstanding. Husband and I were looking to refinance our rental property and the first place I looked of course, is Unilocal.They have never steered me wrong and we were pleased to find Jeremy House and his team. We first contacted Quicken Loans which quickly felt impersonable and almost telemarketer-​ish. After we finished talking with them and decided we did not want to work with QL, we contacted Jeremy House and were connected with Peter.
From the very beginning, we felt like we would be taken care of very well and made to feel comfortable. Peter is incredibly easy to talk to and very knowledgeable as you would hope one would be and more. He walked us through the entire process asking us what we wanted to get out of the refi and if it would be possible etc., or what our alternatives would be. He made us feel at ease the whole time and did not feel like we were bugging him or anything whenever we had a question. Peter was very easy to get in touch with, most of our correspondence was done through email as we both work during the day and can’t really talk during work.
He would update us weekly with where we stood on the refi and we were able to understand what was going on the whole time. The process took about one month from start to finish. The time flew by and in no time I was signing the closing documents on the refi. My husband and I were left completely satisfied with the work Peter and his team had done for us and are glad to have found them! We highly recommend them for your mortgage needs! Thanks!

The HOUSE Team was awesome!
They were transparent throughout the entire process gicing us regular updates. There was never a time I did not know where we were in the process. Jeremy always returned our calls if we had any questions and was very patient with us.
The process was long because we had the buyer for our home back out a week before closing and we had to cancel the contract a home. We were worried we would have additional fees but therewere none. Now a days lenders are nickel and diming you so it was refreshing to hear there were no additional fees to process through.

We just finished closing on our second home today with this being the second time we used Jeremy and his team as our lender. On our first home, we had a terrible experience with a different lender and ended up switching to Jeremy based on a recommendation from our realtor with less than two weeks from our closing date. The House Team was able to pick up the other lender’s slack and we were still able to miraculously close on time.
This time around, we started working with the House team from the beginning of the process. They were extremely patient with us as we tried to find the perfect house and extremely quick and efficient once we found it. We were able to close about a week early and saved money compared to other lenders (I am employed by a large lender and The House Team saved us more than we would have with my employee discount). Jeremy and his team were in constant communication with us the entire time and were very quick to respond to emails and phone calls.
I would not hesitate to recommend The House Team to anyone and everyone. I know we will be using them for any future purchases!

I was lucky enough to have a realtor who knew all about Jeremy and his staff. I’m so grateful she put us together. From the very first step to the very end, this team kept me informed and helped me to be a part of the process on getting a mortgage. We did a VA loan and thought we’d hit bumps but this team was there to explain it all and make it go smoothly. Most importantly made me feel secure in handling my personal information. Things were done on time and if I ever had to call, I got a prompt response. I’ve had mortgages before but this was so painless and almost effort free! you can keep comming on and try to change the time lapse but the truth is the truth. He stated he would call us the next day, no call but an email he was swamped and will call tomorrow, two days later same thing again email but again no call. 3 times so I posted. Now you call in a minute of post going up, asking what you could do to change my report, I tell you to go talk to Peter. Peter calls me about 15 min. later apoligizing and here is his 3 excuses, (makes me sick) 1. holloween (ok take a week off lol) 2. daughters birthday (ok take somemore time off what a joke.)
3. The one I wish I could of jumped through the phone and looked him in the face and tell him what I thought about first two but this one makes my blood boil I AM A SINGLE PARENT so what does that have to do with your incompetents, except make me feel sorry for the daughter.

I did a rennovation loan with Jeremy and his team in December 2014. I was buying my home late in the season over the holidays, and he went above and beyond to get everything sorted out and closed before the new year.
He worked with me getting the renovation done so the lender was content and since I was out of state at the time, got the contractors work settled and the realtors on every side were stoked with how easy the transaction went. It’s great when your loan service choice is the best choice that you make all year.

Our journey started trying to get qualified for a mortgage in January of 2015. After having a previous foreclosure we were under the impression that we could qualify in January and other lenders had told us that we could qualify as of June but Peter Marthaler went the extra mile and called HUD themselves to get the EXACT date of the cavers report which told us that we couldn’t qualify until SEPTEMBER! He didn’t want to waste our time and our realtors time!
Fast forward to today. WE CLOSED ON OUR DREAM HOME TODAY!!! The HOUSE team does a great job about keeping people informed and getting things done in a timely manner!
