Kiran and his team were extremely helpful during our home buying process. We had certain requirements that we we wanted in the house. There were some houses that we liked and Kiran was very upfront and told us the negative/​cons about the property. He wanted us to carefully think about options and not have any regrets after buying. Unlike some other agents who push clients to close quickly, his team was patient in the search process and helped us to find the right house. I have heard horror stories about the closing process. But with Kiran and his office staff, everything was painless and done right the first time. Go Team Kiran!

We were buying our first home, and are very new to this business. Kiran’s experience, and knowledge helped us a lot in closing on a suitable home for us. For each home we looked at, Kiran quickly pointed at the advantages, disadvantages, and helped us take an informed decision. He gave excellent, and honest advice on different aspects of buying a home — size of the home, number of bedrooms, surroundings, locality, value etc.
Once we picked a home, he did a good job of negotiating the price. Kiran’s staff is very responsive, and attentive. They made the closing process smooth, and hassle free.
Kiran also has a ready network of all the people one needs while buying a home, from mortgage lenders, to home inspectors, to handyman. All of them took good care of us,

Buying my first home with Kiran was an excellent experience. Not only did he understood my requirements, he helped me find a home that fit ALL my requirements including budget. He knows the local area very well, and is very patient even when I was undecided on some features.
