Had my carpet cleaned today plus 2burn marks patched, by MagicTouch its a family run business and the 2brothers did a excellent job. also notified me 1hr. before my appointment they where running 1hr. late and they would call me when they where on their way. excellent costumer service. will definitely use them again and will refer them.

The folks at Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning are awesome. I left a message for another Unilocal «highly rated» carpet cleaning service, who didn’t return my call (still hasn’t), so I continued my search and found Magic Touch. They have been exceptional to work with — from my first quickly returned call, to their availability, and of course the actual carpet cleaning. They listened to me about my specific concerns, fully explained over the phone, and then again in person how to best handle the job, and then did an exceptional job! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned!

I called and got an appt for the next day! They came over on time and cleaned my 8 piece sectional super fast and it looks amazing! All the stains were removed and smells great! I will be using them for all of my carpet and upholstery needs!

First we were given what we felt like was a very fair estimate. They came the next day, cleaned 5 carpet areas, stretched 5 doorways and patched one. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. All rugs look great the next day.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our entire experience with Magic Touch. We were in desperate need of a carpet cleaning. We hired a different company who never showed up. I called Mark that same morning and he got us into their schedule that very same day! He was so nice and so were the two guys who cleaned our carpets. They were fast and super efficient. I will never use another carpet cleaning company other than Magic Touch. On time, stuck to their quoted price and super professional. They got all the cat pee out of the carpet from the previous owners and our tile floor looks amazing. The gentleman that came out were kind and they treated our home as if it was their own. They called me 15 minutes before they were done, they were clean and even helped me in with the trash. Just class act group. I am convinced the last person who wrote a review works, owns or has a friend /​family member who owns the other company she placed on her review. I will book my appointment every year with them. I chose to make an appointment with Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning after reading an article about them in a mailer. The article talked about their great customer service and community involvement. I should have known better than to go with a company that didn’t have any Unilocal reviews.
Called midweek to schedule an appointment and reached Mark. We agreed that he would come out this Saturday at 2 pm to clean two carpeted rooms and our tiled kitchen.
Called him today at 11:16am to confirm our appointment and it sounded like I was calling Mark at home. He was unprofessional but I figured I just caught him at a bad time and he said he would be here at 2.
At 1:54pm Mark calls me to to say he would be an hour late because the job they were on took longer than expected. At this point I was annoyed but still willing to have Mark come over at 3 since we had already moved all of our furniture out of the way for the appointment.
3 came and went and Mark never bothered to call me with an update. At 3:08 I called him to see if he was on his way and the call went to voicemail. I left a message cancelling my appointment. What a waste of time!
Hopefully this review prevents others from wasting their time-​there are a million other carpet cleaning companies out there. Choose one with solid Unilocal reviews and go from there. I’ve worked with Bradley Cleaning before and I’ll be giving them a call this week to finish the job that Magic Touch never bothered to start.
