I’m another happy customer of MT Real Estate.. I decided to work with MT for my first investment property because they truly believe in a «customer first» attitude. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision.
As an investor-​buyer, my original intention was to work with only listing agents with the hope of reduced commissions being an incentive to the seller. After looking at dozens of other properties with other agents and companies, I happened to meet Jason at a property listed by MT Real Estate. He was the first one to really understand what I needed in a rental property, how to read neighborhood conditions & trends, and provided great guidance and insight. Not only was he passionate about making sure I found the right property, he was passionate about how MT does business — honest agents, no pressure, it’s all about «me». I liked that a lot.
Throughout the entire buying process, he was there for me and made sure everything went smoothly. I intend to use MT Real Estate in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Marc and Brandon were simply perfect to work with! They understood mine and my new husband’s needs with respect to what new home we were interested in (and what we could afford), and didn’t try to give us the old song and dance most realtors use. They were both very straightforward and were able to walk and talk us through the process. They even worked very hard while we were off playing on our honeymoon to make sure there were no loose ends that would require me to get to my email or fax in Hawaii! Highly recommended, and I am VERY hard to please. So, that means A LOT from me! Thank you, guys! We are so happy in our new home!!!

I had a great experience using MT Real Estate. They advertise as having lower rates than other realtors and it was not until I met with the title company and the lady said «Wow, how did you get them to go so low?» that it actually hit me that their low fees and commissions were not simply a marketing ploy.
Lower commissions with awesome service. They listened to my input and provided their professional advice and helped me sell my home much quicker than other homes listed in my former neighborhood.
