Nyah’s Mobile Grooming

I got the name of this groomer from a friend of mine and soooooo glad I did. Deon and Mitch are both dog-​loving people and it’s very evident by the way they loved on all three of my dogs. Deon is a fantastic groomer and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

As always they did an outstanding job! Never disappointed. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Love their professionalism and their talent. Also my pup loves them and if he’s happy we’re all happy! Thanks again and see you soon!

Our dogs were far too stressed visiting the grooming shop, it also took hours. Nyah’s grooming has done a fantastic job, they are quick yet they do a great job, our dogs love them and are not stressed at all. I highly recommend their services.

We had used Nyah’s a couple of times to groom our 3 little dogs. My initial impression was great because they seemed to be so kind and caring towards our kiddos. However, from a business perspective they are terrible. They are very difficult to get a hold of, whether if it’s to make an appointment or ask a question. We had an appointment and when I called earlier in the week to confirm the time, I did not get a response. The morning of the appointment I reached out again to ask how much time they’d need for our dogs because we had a potential conflict and had to leave the house 3 hours out from what I was guessing was our scheduled time. I thought maybe we could do 2 of 3 dogs, but wasn’t sure if we could get all 3 done. When I did get a response back, it was a text saying they were cancelling our appointment entirely. No call to answer my initial question of how long they’d need or a discussion to figure out an alternative solution (I could have easily had my mother come to the house). Then Mitch went on to say that they might not be the best service for us because they prefer customers that have recurring appointments and they were raising prices. A… they never discussed a desire to have recurring appointments, which we’d be happy to do if we were aware it’s a requirement and B… there had been no discussion about a change in pricing. Instead they cancelled on us within hours of our appointment and implied I was lucky they weren’t going to charge me a cancellation fee. Then I find out they decided to groom other dogs that were in the neighboring house they were at that morning. This was ridiculous. Clearly it was more convenient for them to take this other client and cancel on us, but this is poor business. It has taken us weeks to get scheduled with another mobile groomer to take care of our dogs (which I have found to be much more professional). I would not recommend this service due to poor communication and business practices.

Just used Nyah’s Mobile Grooming for the first time today and I will definitely be using them again. They did an excellent job and my pup was exceptionally happy with them. Outstanding service!

I just adopted a rescue dog a few weeks ago and my roommate recommended Deon to me to get him groomed and ready for summer. She did an amazing job and he is so happy! He wasn’t nervous at all and, despite how hyper he usually is, he sat still for her to work. I’m very surprised and pleased and he loves her so I’ll definitely be calling her again!

Deon did a great job with our beagle/​lab mix, Nikki. At the beginning of the summer she starts to shed her winter coat and it is nuts how much she sheds. We normally take her to PetSmart for «Furminator» treatment, but Nikki is very anxious in the car and doesn’t like to walk on the slippery tile. Overall, it is a very stressful day for her. Also, it is an inconvenience to have to drive, drop her off at the groomer, wait, then go pick her up.
Nyah’s mobile pet grooming has convenient hours for my schedule, saves me time that would normally be wasted driving to the groomer and will come groom your pet when you are gone on return visits. It is also less stress for Nikki and Deon has a wonderful disposition with our dogs. Nikki looks great and is way more comfortable after the shed treatment and grooming session. We will definitely use Nyah’s Mobile Grooming for our next grooming appointment.

Awesome groomers. We have a special needs rescue dog. He will not tolerate any Grooming. Especially his nails. Well in about an hour our Ruger came back a new man. Unbelievable what Nyah’s Mobile Grooming could do for us. We also had two other dogs that they groomed with ease. We will definitely use them in the future…

Deon is now our fur ever groomer. Stolis cut is perfection & when he walked in with his lil tie it was an adorable moment. Great job on Chuys nails not just cut she also grinds them-​Thank You. Stoli has been getting groomed for 8 yrs now & this is absolutely the best he has ever looked. Deon loves what she does & it shows in her work. We appreciate the care & attention Deon gave our lil guys.

This is the Best groomer we’ve ever had for our German Shepard! They do an outstanding job with the bath, nails and de-​shedding! Our dog loves his bath and all the TLC that comes with it!

All Pom’s Welcome! This was our first time using a mobile groomer and we are very happy with the services Nyah’s Mobile Grooming provided! After several bad experiences at Petsmart Grooming and Several other local groomers with choppy cuts, services paid for not provided, nail injuries and finally a neck injury to our dog caused by falling off the grooming table and hanging from the leash, we decided that it was time to have the groomer come to our house (after 2 year recovery/​waiting period: /)to get one on one service. After lots of review reading we chose Nyah’s and feel like we hit the jackpot. Deon is such a pet lover and a wonderful groomer with compassion that you rarely see in today’s workforce. She does the grooming in her enclosed work trailer type thing and her team was also very friendly and easy to have around our home. I would highly recommend using her company, not just your dog but you’ll feel like the lucky one toooo

Deon has been grooming my Bichon Frise, Isis, for nine years, and she is the only person I would ever trust to groom Isis. Isis is always excited to see Deon and Deon treats her so kindly and takes her time grooming Isis. Its always like a friendly visit instead of her being there on business. Even though Isis’ hair is awkward and not Bichon-​like at all, Deon has no trouble styling her however I wish, even giving her a colored mohawk and tail tip at my request. (She went out of her way to buy dye at my request!) I don’t think I could ever find a groomer I like more. Deon is the best choice!
