O’Reilly Auto Parts

Very rude customer service. Not helpful at all. This is probably one of the worst locations I have visited. The staff is unprofessional at what they do. I asked a question and they all snickered saying they didn’t have what I was looking for. They did not have to be rude about it or discuss it with other customers what I was looking for. Never again.

I went into O’Reillys this morning, after stopping at Autozone. I needed a headlight. Autozone told me they couldn’t put the bulb in for me because it was to involved. I then went directly across the street to Oreillys. I explained my situation, they not only took the «involved» headlight apart and installed the new one, they checked all my lights to make sure they were working properly.
Both of the employees that helped me were very professional, while still maintaining a pleasant, happy demeanor. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service. I will recommend them to everyone. And I will also trash Autozone for their very unprofessional handling of this situation.
Thank you Anton and Robert for going above and beyond to help a customer in need! You definately made my day, and restored my faith in humanity.

I love the workers every time I go in there they deserve 5 stars. But I never usually would say this but the manager is straight up rude, a nice employee was helping when he said come here while we were finding a multi tester to pick out and he yelled at him in front of every one making him feel bad for messing up change. Everyone heard and then he told employee to go do you little pout and smoke you cig like a baby and said it loud didn’t care at all if anyone heard for this reason I will never go to that store again.

Visited this location to see if they had leaf spring bushings for my truck… I know most of the local auto parts stores do not have them readily available for purchase, So I was already planning on having to special order them to be picked up the following day.
The young man at the counter (whose name I wish I had gotten) explained to me that the O’reilly on Gilbert and Southern had the part I needed… In stock… ready to be bought.
I had mentioned that it was a little bit out of the way for me and was wondering if Autozone had any in stock at their local stores, and if not, I’d rather order the part from them because I knew they sold them for $ 5 cheaper.
He said he’d be glad to call the Autozone directly across the road to see if they could check inventory for me which confirmed that they indeed sold them for a lower price; however, none of the local autozones had them in stock.
I asked one more time to be sure «So you’re positive the store on Gilbert and Southern has them?» «Yep! they’ve got two sets.» he replied. «they sell them in pairs then?» I asked and he assured me they did. He even took my name and number and put the parts on hold for me to pick up.
So…I drive all the way to the other side of town to find out that not only did they not have the parts that were supposedly put on hold for me, but the ever-​so-​friendly (not really) parts clerk seemed to have no idea what a leaf spring bushing looked like, or whether they were sold in pairs or separately.
A few minutes in that store with a clerk who was trying to special order me the parts, and I was beyond irritated, ready to call the young man at the store I had just driven from to vent frustrations… Finally I gave up and said thanks but no thanks, I think I’ll try somewhere else.
Went to Autozone near my home, Clerk there was knowledgable, quick, and understood my frustrations. Ordered my parts, they will be in tomorrow.
Next time… I’ll just go there first, seeing as this is not the only time I left this particular O’reilly location extremely unsatisfied.

Across the street from Autozone. If you’re too lazy to cross the street this this is your answer. These stores are a mirror image. Can two stores sell enough wiper fluid to stay in business?

I visited O’Reilly’s this afternoon after noticing my headlight was out. Jared, the gentleman who greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, was more than helpful. I told him my headlight was out and he immediately found the bulb I needed. Not only did he help me find the right bulb, but he volunteered to replace it for me, showed me how to replace it, and also gave me a few tips on how to make the bulbs last longer. I couldn’t have asked for better service! After such an impressive experience today, I intend to make all of my future car-​related purchases at O’Reilly’s.

Shopped here for a battery when it conked out from the AZ heat and when I needed a tail light bulb the other day. The employees are helpful and you get in and out quick.
