I have 3 big dogs. One we just rescued that has severe skin allergies and Lupus. He is the only dog I have ever taken to a groomer as I usually just bathe my dogs at home. So having no experience in picking a groomer or what to expect or if there were even any out there that could help my poor guy, I took to researching and reading reviews. I found Pampered Pet and they were very fair in price and had great reviews so I figured I’d try them out. I’m glad I did! They were friendly, listened to my concerns and went to action! When I picked him up, he looked great and felt great! More importantly, what they used helped his scratching a lot! I’ve already made another appointment and I’m so relieved I’ve found a place I can trust with my baby boy. The only thing I just found out is your supposed to tip your groomer. I will definitely be doing so moving on! So sorry, please forgive the newbie to grooming!

Our dog only needed a nail trim but I was impressed by how well they dealt with our skittish dog who really doesn’t like to get her nails trimmed. They very quickly took care of everything including some way overgrown thumb claws with no issue. Our dog seemed much more comfortable here than other groomers we have used including getting it done at the vet. I would definitely return for nail trimming and possibly try out their other services.

Rachel always does a fantastic job when grooming our two poodles. The dogs do not mind going to the groomers now.

Tried Pampered Pet Spa when we couldn’t get an appointment at Petco were we usually had our Australian Shepherd groomed. They did a great job giving Buddy his summer puppy cut, we will be continuing to use them going forward.

I love this place as do my dogs. I have two Shih Tzu’s and a Labrador. I have taken my Shih Tzu pups here several times and they always come back well groomed and very happy! Unless your dog does not get along with others, they don’t keep them in a cage. Half the salon is dedicated as an area for the dogs to roam around in comfort while they are wait. This keeps the dogs anxiety low and makes it a fun adventure for your dog. Plus they groom the dogs at the appointment time instead of giving you a drop off and then making them wait in a cage all day like some of the large corporate pet stores.
I have had always had at least one dog that has needed to be groomed on a regular basis since 2001 and this place is by far better than ANY place I have ever been before. That includes the big corporate places as well as smaller shops too.
I am glad I found them as are my dogs!

I am new in town and needed a nice place for my little dog Sunny to get pampered. The location is close to home, so it was ideal– but that didn’t mean they were going to be great, so I gave them a try. They are wonderful! I am thrilled with their services and friendliness! This is the only place I will take my dog. An awesome job by the girls at Pampered Pet Spa! My little guy came back to me a little angel… even though he is more of a clown. He looked fantastic! Now that we are settled, Sunny will also have his regular visits to look forward to.

Pampered Pet spa makes me feel welcome and my pup leaves happy. I love that they don’t crate my dog. I also love that she doesn’t come back with burns and skin irritations like has happened at other places.

Danielle did an awesome job grooming our Morkie, Brewster! We have finally found a grooming Salon here in Chandler we love! He looks great and like a Morkie should! She definitely knows what she is doing. She truly cares about the quality of her work and it shows! Don’t hesitate to bring your dog or cat here. You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier about the top notch service and care. My Siberian Husky always comes home happy as can be and looking like a million bucks. They even put a nice patriotic bandana on him for the 4^th around the corner! I can’t thank Alex enough for handling this hairy situation. I won’t take him any where else.

We have been taking my baby boy here for a few months now and they take impeccable care of him. He is a pitbull (big lover), but they don’t treat him different. The groomers do an amazing job, they’re quick, and keep him there if I’m running late. You can also drop your pet off a little early and pick them up a little late. They are very flexible which helps a lot! My dog shakes in the car with excitement when he gets there and freaks out with kisses for the groomers when he arrives; and when leaving he is one happy good looking dog. I really appreciate everything and one time his skin was dry from the wash and the manager offered to rewash him with conditioning treatment free of charge. They also will do the flea and tick treatment when needed and put a cute little bandana on the boys. I couldn’t be happier. If there were more places like this for humans, life would be so much easier!

I’m updating this review because although I did begin to do the grooming for my dog, it IS nice to have a groomer that does a good job when I don’t feel like doing it myself.

I have been taking my dog to be groomed here for the last year and a half. All of the staff is super friendly. They take great care of my dog while he is there. My dog is naturally shy and is usually really nervous to go new places. He doesn’t give me any problems about going here because they take such good care of him. They have a cute little play area for the dogs while they are waiting to be picked up. He always comes away from here looking cute and happy.
The owner obviously knows her dogs. She has tons of experience, she has been in the business for years. Any question I have about my dog she always has good input for.
They are really good at fitting my dog into their schedule, their service is fast, and their prices are great.
I recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent quality in pet grooming.

HORRIBLE! Disappointed in both the grooming and the customer service. Took our dog for grooming and after 2 hours picked her up to find her nails trimmed BUT with a cut paw, still shedding equally to when we dropped her off, and skiddish. Groomer tells me he will call to check on her cut and will pay for vet if we take her and that she was well groomed. Our check was cashed one week after and NO call to check on the dog. I couldn’t believe the lack of concern and customer service — I called to speak with the owner and tell her we are getting our dog groomed again not even 14 days later and is costing us an additional $ 45. She said she heard about injury and assumed groomer would follow up but it was his last day so his attitude was poor. Refused to refund or pay for the added expense ($ 90 in 2 weeks for groomng of our 10 lb dog, really?). Her best resolve was for us to bring her back in for a re-​do! ABSOLUTELY not — and I had to hear her story of being a single mom of 5 kids and she can’t afford to return money to people because many customers are not satisified with one thing or another with their pet grooming. So she has many dissatisfied customers? STAY AWAY! Petco offers a much more friendly, pet safe, and excellent grooming service.
