Pure Luxury Tint and Detailing Services

I wish I would have taken a picture of my hubby’s Xterra after Bernice and her team were done with it. We took in his work vehicle and he beats it up bad. It barely gets washed the inside looked like someone had been living in it before her team got a hold of it. When we picked up his Xterra it looked better than the day he bought it! I was shocked at how amazing the inside looked! If you want a EXCELLENT QUALITY detail on your vehicle this should be the ONLY place you take your car or truck. 3 years ago had them tint my Camery. They did a great job and is still perfect today. Seriously think about it who does a better job cleaning your home your wife or husband? Women are picky as heck! So of course you want your car done by a woman owned company! Just makes sense!

Great tints. The Madico Wincos look really good. Couple problems with my initial install but they redid the 2 windows that had issues at no added costs. Great customer service, they want you to be happy with your tints. Haven’t hit the summer heat yet but so far I’m loving the tint job and heat reduction I’m getting.

Terrific place. They really care and are very professional. They have a passion for autos and enjoy making them unique. Definitely recommend.

I had a little fender bender in Chandler and the woman I hit agreed that I would pay the costs of cleaning up her scuffed bumper, rather than deal with insurance. She got a quote from a detailer for $ 250. That seemed like a lot, so I called Pure Luxury for a second opinion.
Bernice listened to my description of the damage and estimated it would be around $ 75. She said to me, «We are going to take really good care of this woman so this situation doesn’t weigh on your consicence.»
When the woman brought her car in, Bernice told her she needed a simple procedure that would only be $ 55. I called Bernice, paid over the phone, and it was done!
Amazing customer service and compassion. And seeing the incredible $$$ cars she works with, it’s really impressive that Bernice took the time to care for me and my $ 55 needs.

Pure luxury is hands down the best tint and detail shop around! I’m extremely meticulous about my vehicles so naturally I’m very cautious with who I take them to. Bernice and Rusty went way above my expectations. My car looked better coming out of Pure Luxury than the day I drove it off the lot. They are really passionate here about what they do and it shows in their work. They use only high end products and they are very experienced. When my car was done, the paint looked like glass, flawless. I wish I could upload a picture here so everyone could see for themself! In addition to a full detail I also had them tint the windows. They have tint product that actually keeps the heat out of your car. With black leather and the AZ heat this tint is a must. It’s a little more than regular tint but worth every penny. If your considering tinting your vehicle make sure to ask them about it. Bernice actually showed me the difference between hi and low end tint under a heat lamp before I decided to go forward. The difference was shocking. Bottom line, don’t roll the dice with other shops, pure luxury is the spot and their prices are very fair.

Omg me and my wife had the best time ever and we are so greatful to have walked into this establishment. We really both wanted our trucks front windows tinted to match the back. Arizona seems to only tint the back but we wanted the complete car done, they matched the back of our cars windows perfectly were both so happy about coming here. Quality on the tint film was great, the owner, her son and other workers customers service was amazing. She bbq’d while me and my wife was waiting on our cars to be completed and had some great ginger beer along with it. If you want great customer service from a family owned business this is the place to be great people. I will definitely tell anyone who is looking for tint or a great detail on there car amoungst other services this is where you should come

We had our other car tinted at Fineline Auto in Chandler. So many blemishes and bubbles, we had to take our car back to have it fixed. I brought my Jeep Patriot in today, and I was in and out in around 45 mins! The tint looks fantastic with virtually no bubbles or marks (crossing fingers none show up later). Bernice and her staff were super courteous and friendly. Very fast and efficient. I will definitely go back for future detailing and tint!

Bernice and her team are amazing! Customer service, and quality of workmanship are unmatched. I will be bringing all my cars here for life. Bernice makes all of her customers feel like her only customer. I work for the Police department and have a very tight schedule. After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to have Pure Luxury Tint do the tint work on my truck. I called and talked to Rusty to get pricing and setup a time that I could bring it in. Rusty was very good on the phone and he told me that he had anything after 10:00 available the next day so I setup my appointment for 11:00. I told him that I wanted to wait for it and he said that was okay. I was really looking forward to having the work done.
I arrived at 10:45 the next morning; 15 minutes early. Shortly after arriving I started wondering where all the 5-​star reviews were coming from. The waiting area had so many boxes of tint stacked up that there was only one chair to sit in. Rap music was playing rather loudly from one of their customer’s vehicles that they were working on. I don’t care what music people listen to and I’m certainly not prude but this wasn’t the type of Rap that I consider appropriate for a business. It had F-​bombs every other line and every other form of foul language that could be fit into it. I’m glad I didn’t have one of my grandchildren with me. In addition, it really irks me when I bring my vehicle into a shop for work and they use my stereo; it’s unprofessional in my opinion. Their job is to perform the work that I’m paying them for, not to jam out to music on my stereo.
After about 10 minutes someone finally acknowledged that I was there. If the picture of Bernice is actually her, then she was not there. The employee that I talked with didn’t seem to know anything about an appointment and said I would have to wait until Rusty got back. Five or ten minutes later Rusty came back and he didn’t seem to remember my 11:00 appointment either but we went ahead and discussed the details of the tint job that I wanted. He then told me that it would be an hour before they could start it because they had another vehicle they had to finish. That was disappointing since I had called and made an appointment. He told me though that my truck wouldn’t sit untouched for that hour, they would start removing the old tint so that it would be ready for the new tint as soon as they finished the other vehicle. I agreed to wait.
I sat in the lobby until 11:45 and they still hadn’t touched my truck, it was still in the parking lot. Rusty was still installing tint on a vehicle and the other employee started to wash a truck, probably a detail job. There was no one else there to start removing the old tint. My instincts were telling me to leave and I’ve learned the hard way to trust my instincts. I went into the shop and told Rusty that I decided to have the work done someplace else and I asked him for my key. He gave me my key and just said, «Sorry about that.» They don’t seem to respect a customers time. If it would have been better for me to drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon, I could have made arrangements to do that but Rusty should have told me upfront.
Maybe when Bernice is there the business operates much better. The two employees that I dealt with today were very friendly, however neither are fit to operate the business in an efficient manner in her absence. I will not go back or recommend them to anybody else.
So I can’t comment on the quality of their work because I decided it was best to leave. The customer service however is poor; at least in Bernice’s absence. I’m now working on getting quotes from two other companies. I hope I have better luck with the next one.

I had winco tint installed on my new truck. I love the look and it certainly keeps the cab cooler.

Bernice is super knowledgeable and accommodating. She shared great product information with me, and her customer service skills and great attitude left me knowing I was in good hands. I had my 2004 truck fully detailed, and am not sure it ever looked that good when I drove it off the dealer lot. Service is A+ in my book, and I would certainly use them again.

Scheduled an appointment the day before, dropped car off at 8:30 A.M. today, the owner said it would take up to 6 hours, got there at 4 and it wasn’t even started yet. Well, she ran it through a car wash and made the tires shiny. what a disappointment. probably does great work but I wouldn’t know. She committed to do my car, then another client called, and she put them ahead of me cause it was a dealer client and he had 3 cars to be completed and he wanted them today. Wow. oh well

Will say that Bernice’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction is what made me hit the 5 stars. She double checked and noticed that the tint on the front was not 20% that was suppose to be installed from the get go. So she had her crew redo it, I spent a little extra time at the shop, but definitely worth it. The wife loved how it came out and is very pleased with her car now… so with that said A happy wife makes for a happy life…

The only sovineir (unwanted) i brought back from hawaii was horrible water spots on my vehicle.

I contacted Bernisse and within an hour I had a quote ready l, she was able to get both mine and my wife’s cars tinted and ready for the AZ summer within 2 days of me contacting her. They did a perfect job with my wife’s tint and an excellent job on detailing and tinting my truck.
Very happy with the work they did, her son did a GREAT job detailing my truck which was plain filthy after driving it across country, the ceramic tint they installed keeps our cars much cooler. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly bring any future vehicles here.

WOW… that’s all I can say about Bernice and the staff at Pure Lux! I’ve lived in the valley for over 20 years and have had so many vehicles tinted I can’t remember. I HAVE NEVER met someone as committed to customer service and quality as Bernice.
I can say It all… knowledgeable about the industry, quality of the job, friendly, professional… I could keep on going!
The products that she has are top of the line in the industry… go ahead… spend a few hours on line like I did… you’ll see!
Remember you get what you pay for. If you would like an $ 85 tint job on your full size 4 door sedan… there are plenty of places that will do it. Tinting is a lot of work! The time that the staff at Pure Lux put into their work is worth more than that (not including the price of the state of the art products they are using!) YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FOLKS AND THAT INCLUDES THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!
Have a problem… let Bernice know. She’s reasonable and is willing to work it out.
