Quality Inn

Check in was at 3pm and didn’t happen until 7:45pm. There was one lady there who was a darling but the manager was worthless. Tiny room and refused to make up for delaying my checkin. Made an issue over a service dog.

Wow. I can’t believe the quality of seevice !!! The staff went out of their way ro make sure we were happy.
Definitely a 5 star for the quality, cleanliness and customer service. Thank U Linda And John !!! You made my Week!!! We will be back for sure. Breakfast was great as well. They have hot and cold foods. Woth the stay !!!

After waiting all weekend for a response from the management team at this hotel regarding my issues, I called you today to find they refused to discuss it further with me because I made reviews of their hotel. Further he lied and said his employees resolve the issue by giving me a 10% discount. However, that is a blatant lie. Hopefully others will beware.

Abysmal. Carpet is filthy. Room smells. Room is –tiny-​. Smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Weird homeless guy sleeping in the lobby. WiFi was so bad I just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t come here. You’ll regret it so much.

I’ve been staying here for about 2 weeks and u have to say this place is clean, staff are super nice and it really feels like home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Price is decent, right next to everything uou need. Walmart is across the street, car wash next door, McDonald’s is to the side. What more can you ask for? Nice n quite and no one to bother you. I’ve had some fantastic sleep and made all kinds if noise without complaints. Love this place !!!

GOOD:
–King size bed, the size of the room is good
–Flat screen tv with lots of channels to choose from
–Wifi works good except when there was a strong wind and rain
–Refrigerator and microwave are a plus!
–Lighting and ambiance of the room is good
–Hot and cold shower, tub works great
–Lots of towels and drawers and a cabinet available
–Office table, ironing board, iron, aircon –good.
–Telephone for local calls available in the room

What I do not like:
–I can hear the loud snore of another person who checked in next to my room.
–I can hear foot steps from people upstairs, somebody bangged my door during my first morning
–People banging their doors, some are just noisy and I can hear it from my room
–Carpet needs to be shampooed bec it kinda smell.

We stayed here on 4^th of July weekend 2015. My wife and I and our 8 month old baby drove from Texas to Chandler and we have to say that staying here was one of the best experiences we had. Linda worked the front desk at the time of our early arrival and was very accommodating to us. We were able to check into one of their better rooms which was #104 facing the office. Our WiFi was the strongest in the area and it seems they have at least 10Mbit. I would say that for a budget motel we were expecting worse service than what we were provided. All of the staff was nice and helpful. Our room was clean. I would say we had only a couple regrets. First and foremost, the fact that Chandler has a problem with U-​Turns makes getting into this motel painful because you can’t go left and you can’t U-​Turn at Kyrene and Chandler or the rest of the adjacent streets. Secondly, the carpet seemed musty and had the smell of mildew. Could have been the humidity but other than those things, I would stay here again when I come back to Chandler, Recommended to anyone looking for a good motel on the cheap and more than get your money back. Thank you Linda and staff for the great way you treated me and my family.

Do not say here! Room was not cleaned until past 3:00 pm, they where vacuuming at 9:00 pm. Broken squeaking dryer running all night.

I was traveling for the holidays with baby and a small dog and this hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating! The reservation was made en route and I pulled up about 15min later. Yolanda checked me in effortlessly with a huge smile and a warm personality. (And I thought it was funny that we had the same name. That was surely a good sign!) She was very helpful with giving guests recommendations on nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was so clean and cozy. I love the use of the wood. Definitely gives the room a warm feeling to it. Microwave and mini-​fridge were convenient. Bed was comfy. I did not want to get up the next morning! The hotel is only a few minutes from I-​10. The lobby and grounds were super clean. I did not try the breakfast since I had to get back on the road, but this is quite a gem! If I’m ever in Chandler again, I would love to stay here once again.

The first room had a broken toilet. The second room had many maintenance issues including an air conditioner that took 3 hours to cool such a small room. Iron was broken. Toiled filled itself every 5 minutes (had to shut the water off so I could get some sleep) The pool was a nasty shade of murky green…
I asked for the manager/​owner to contact me. 8 phone calls and a week later no return calls. I contacted choice hotels and 3 weeks later nothing…
I have disputed the $ 60 charge with my bank for bad quality of services and they reversed the charges since quality/​choice does not seem to care enough about their customers.
Shame on you Mr. Vijay Sethi! Your complete lack of customer service is why I am writing this to warn others to find a better place to stay!

My Grandparents, myself & my uncle stayed in this hotel this past weekend. The hot breakfast every morning was great, the room was clean and roomy enough. However, I do have a few complaints. The sheets were very scratchy and not very comfortable, the bedside lamp wouldn’t turn on or off without plugging it in or out of the wall. We could hear every voice outside our door of people walking up and down the hall and talking/​laughing. My uncle & Grandfather’s room had a broken toilet seat and it didn’t get fixed until we complained a second time around 2:30pm. The front desk clerk, Nicole didn’t exactly have the greatest personality either. She wasn’t rude but appeared to not really know how to do her job very well. When asked for a suggestion on where to get lunch, she suggested the Firebird next to the Elephant Bar and said it was close enough to walk to. It was easily a 10 – 15 minute drive away at the Mall! Not in walking distance. Needless to say my 78 year old grandparents were not happy. In my opinion the rooms are not worth $ 149.00 a night. I’ve stayed in beautiful hotel rooms for a lot less than that in both Vegas and San Francisco. Chandler, AZ is hardly comparable to those cities. Just a suggestion to either upgrade your bedding, maintenance and improve the professionalism (both in appearance and knowledge) or lower your prices. FYI… there were two gentlemen who worked in the evening/​night were friendly and super helpful. I wish I had gotten their names. Oh yeah and the cleaning people took my toothpaste when they cleaned and restocked the bathroom!

I’m a little biased because this place is so close to my favorite apartment that I occupied before I had to leave Arizona for work and so close to our new office, too.
Overall, though, this place is the very definition of functional and practical. There are no frills to be found: No hot house flowers in the lobby, no water features (other than the pool), no chic artwork on the walls, no spa, no on site restaurant. One of the light bulbs was out in the bathroom and one in the hallway. The bed could be a little more comfortable, but those were my only real complaints. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are small, but unless you were reserving the room for a holiday retreat, it definitely serves the purpose of a road warrior.
On the plus side, parking is free and plentiful. They were more than accommodating to me and my coworkers who stayed here from out of town. The A/​C worked great (vital and all you truly need when camping out in the middle of the desert). Everything is clean. Rooms come with a microwave, free internet (which isn’t pokey) AND (the mind-​blowing part) a refrigerator! I liked that they have this cute art piece /​shelf unit in the bathroom where you can organize your toiletries to your liking. They also serve a limited but hot breakfast every day for free along with complimentary copies of USA Today and the WSJ during the week. My little room had a nice view of the sunset in the evening with a cushioned bench seat along the window by which to sit and enjoy it.
Our rate was only $ 60 a night. Unbelievable value. Most of the staff, including the on site manager, were extremely friendly to boot. I would definitely stay here again!

The Choice Hotel chain continues to be my preferred properties of the mid-​$ range hotels. The only issue I had with this one was the noisy A/​C unit in the hallway right outside the door. Other than that, it was clean with a friendly staff.

DON’T DO IT…
This Quality Inn is anything but quality. Rooms are TINY.. Internet does not work. AT ALL and they have 4 different routers. When you ask the front desk about it they tell you to try to reach one of the other motels internets or maybe Mc Donalds. Told them nicely that it was bad, the said «You’ve not stayed here before».
Rooms were very small and not ready when we arrived at 6 PM at night. Chair at desk had broken casters, explained to managment about it, wasn’t taken care of. When I went to shower the second night there I opened the shower towel to dry off and it looked like it had been used to polish shoes. After speaking to three fellow co-​workers about the experence, they stated that thier towels were the same way. ..
I guess it all hotels in the local area were booked and I had to work in the area again. .. I’d stay again if I didnt’ have a sleeping bag for my truck.

VERY nice. The owner supports soldiers; we used a USO voucher here for a quick last-​minute getaway before my husband deployed. The rooms are very clean and seem really updated. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the breakfast is pretty good. It’s also RIGHT next to Ikea, can’t go wrong there!
