Sharon does such a good job on my eyelashes. They always look natural, and people ask if they’re mine. Her Pumpkin Enzyme facial is such a relaxing service. It smells amazing (I love anything and everything pumpkin) and my skin feels amazing! I’ll follow her wherever she goes. Thank you

I made an app online but it didn’t go through and i realized it halfway to her shop so i called, she squeezed me in, got me in and out very quickly, and my eyebrows looked amazing. I haven’t had them done since and i will be coming back to her. (:

This is an establishment with very little morals. The owner wouldn’t even take any ownership for their mistakes. Ok to put it in context. I went in for a Brazilian blowout on July 2^nd. I was promised after the treatment my hair would be smooth and frizzy free and straight for up to 12 weeks and charged me $ 150 for the treatment. After the treatment it looked really good and I was very happy with the service. The stylist Navaneeta even took photos of my before and after pics and posted it on Unilocal.On a side note I was not told that my pics will be posted on Unilocal.I am gonna forget that. They told its ok to wash the hair the next day but I didn’t wanna risk it and I waited three days. On July 6^th I washed my hair with conditioner and shampoo meant for brazilian blowout. To my surprise my hair went back to the original frizzy non –straight texture. I called them next day about the issue and they won’t even apologize and blamed it all on the fact that I didn’t buy some products they advertised to me after the treatment. They kept arguing that’s the issue. If that was the issue then why would I need a professional (self claimed) stylist charging me $ 150 for a treatment that won’t stay beyond one hair wash. They suggested they will send me the products and using that will fix it which is ludicrous as it is completely frizzy now. Unless it is a magic portion I dont see how that product will magically turn my hair non frizzy again. I am attaching my pics after my first wash after the treatment and you can see the relapse is significant. The treatment can work for you if you dont wash your hair. So please beware and avoid it for hair treatments.

Rhamba is sweet and compassionate. She is so talented with her threading technique it doesn’t even hurt. I’ve been coming to her for over two years now and I finally convinced my boyfriend to go! He is looking styling! She can do men and women. Don’t worry boys. Rhamba knows how to shape a mans eyebrow! If waxing is uncomfortable or leaves you with irritation. Come see Rhamba. You will love it.

My first experience with eyebrow threading was at Rhamba and it was amazing! My eyebrows turned out good and perfectly framed my face with virtually no pain. The actual spa was super cute and clean. Iv gone back a couple times now and every time I leave happy with my results. Everyone I encounter there is extremely nice and helpful. I encourage anyone to try them out!

I had a facial and threading with the owner. My friend had the back facial.
My experience was good and if you go, go with Ramba the owner. The threading was quick and she did a good job shaping my brows. The facial was good and my skin felt great after.
My friend had a very negative experience here. The back facial was performed on a regular facial bed and not a massage table so she was flexing her back up the entire time. The woman who performed the service kept bumping her stomach into her head pushing down on her already upturned back. Further my friend said the experience was rushed, cold and not what she had expected. Finally, when she went to pay the woman who performed the amateur back facial stood right there and asked for a tip. I believe my friend should have felt comfortable enough to vent her frustrations with the experience at that time but instead she just wanted to leave and have nothing more to do with the place, which I also understand.
It seems the person to go with is Rambha for services.

I would highly recommend this salon and spa. I truly enjoyed my facial experience and love my cut and color. The spa is very accommodating and it was totally relaxing experience.

So disappointed… normally I don’t like to put a negative review out, but man, when u have a bad experience u have to let it be known.
I’ve been going to Rambah for a while since she was a Ragtop. Always pleased with her work, except this one day. I call early that morning to make an APPOINTMENT as I usually do. As I arrive to the salon there are two girls sitting also wanting to get their eyebrows done. Since I made the appointment and they were WALK-​INS of course I would go first. I don’t know if Rambah felt pressured either because the girls have been waiting or didn’t want to loose the sale, but when she was done threading my eyebrows I notice my right eyebrow was half gone she threaded it so much there was practically nothing there. I went home researched eyebrow growth remedies, how to draw eyebrows ect… I felt so terrible for weeks. Finally it grew back, sadly I have stop going to Rambah and have committed to learning how to maintain and shape my own… Yeah, for u tube tutorial!!!

Four years ago I met Rambha when she didn’t even have her own store yet, she was renting a space at a nail salon and when she first did my eyebrows I was totally amazed by how clean it was and she wasn’t pricey. Four years later she has her own place and the price is still reasonable. She is still the same sweet lady I met four years ago, very humble and sweet. I don’t trust no one else with my eyebrows and she knows it.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I received a voucher from weforia for a shellac manicure. I made an appointment and when I walked in it was a ghost town. Not one person getting there nails done and literally one person getting their hair done. They had a hairstylist do my nails. I thought it was odd but he said he does it all the time. It took him 2.5 hours and my nails were bumpy, full of ridges, and not at all smooth. I asked him about it and he said there was nothing he could do. On the way home, the shellac started to peel off. It was soft and not cured long enough. I called to speak to a manager and was told I would be called by the owner (you know the one that the salon is named for). Well it has been almost 6 weeks and not one call. This place is HORRIBLE. Do NOT go there. Save your money and time.

I have been to Rambha’s Day Spa now three times for eyebrow threading, and honestly my eyebrows look amazing. Rambha is excellent at this technique, and it was painless. I have had threading on numerous occasions, and it was nothing like Rambha’s technique. Her staff is friendly, the place is clean and spacious. I noticed they had a flier for $ 90.00 for an hour long massage plus an hour long facial. I think I may try that – it’s an excellent deal. And, Rambha herself is a lovely person with a warm personality. You can tell that she cares how your experience is at Rambha’s Day Spa & Salon.

Well, first they didn’t know about the deal on their Unilocal site and secondly, they charged $ 5 extra for removing a callous… which, if thats what you call rubbing a pumice stone across my foot then thats news to me… my husband paid while I was finishing up (we were running late) otherwise I would have fought it.

I went to Rambha Day Spa for a Blowout/​Pressout and Eyebrow threading. I have natural hair (4A/​4B) and stylist Delise Lane did a FANTASTIC JOB with my hair. She was professional, helpful, and had me looking like a Queen! I highly recommend anyone who loves a great Blowout and/​or Flatiron to check out Delise. She is my new Hair Hero!!! No matter your hair type or condition, please check out Delise. She is fantastic with all hair!
Also had my eyebrows threaded by Rambha… hands down the BEST THREADER IN THE PHOENIX METRO AREA! Like others have stated, I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded at many different places here in Arizona and other states. Rambha is the only threader that I have been to where it didn’t hurt. I didn’t feel a thing!
I live in Scottsdale and the salon is a bit of a drive for me, but IT IS WORTH EVERY MILE! Can’t wait to go back for more services.

Rambha is the best! I started going to her before she opened this salon, when she was still working at Ragtops. She is super friendly and nice, and is amazing at eyebrow threading. Before I started going to her, I, like many other people, associated threading with pain and discomfort. I had even been to threading places where I emerged with cuts from the service. Rambha, however, is so skilled in the art that threading is quick and absolutely painless every time. And she only charges $ 12!
This salon is beautiful, and I am super happy for her. I will definitely continue going to her for threading, and may even try other services at her new place.

My mom and I wanted to get pedicures, and when I saw on my Unilocal app that they were only $ 20 Monday through Wednesday at Rambha, I suggested we go try this place out. I called and made an appointment for the two of us that day without any issues.
Upon entering, I felt like I was in a high-​end salon– they really put some time and money into making the place look nice. The staff was friendly and took the two off us back to a huge room, where there were close to 10 gold pedicure stations along one wall and several manicure desks along the opposite wall. I can’t imagine they’ll ever use all of those at the same time, unless they’re having a party of some sort– maybe their business will grow over time. Anyways, while we were deciding on our nail polish colors, they filled up the tubs with water.
Unfortunately, when we went to get started, the jets in my mom’s tub did not work so she had to sit 2 chairs down from me… so much for getting pedicures together! They were apologetic. The chairs had a massage feature which was really nice, although when used, it produced an extremely loud vibrating noise. The two women doing our manicures both commented on it (which made me not want to use it for fear of annoying them), but they were thinking it was maybe because everything was still so new.
The woman who did my toes was nice and easily carried on a conversation with me. However, I did get a small cut when she was doing my cuticles… it kind of ruined the experience for me because the rest of my pedicure was spent trying to keep my toe out of the water and away from anything else that would cause it to burn. She kept saying how sorry she was and was also maybe a little embarrassed. Thankfully, I noticed they were using supplies out of a bag marked «sterilized.»
When comparing the way our pedicures were done, my mom and I did notice some differences. She got a longer leg/​foot massage and also was not given an undercoat until she asked for one (isn’t that standard when getting manis/​pedis??) Oh well.
I couldn’t decide between giving them 3 or 4 stars, mainly because of the cut I got during my pedicure. Overall, I think they are still working out some kinks from being a new business, but they have the potential (and space) to increase their client base and improve. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff is friendly. I should also mention my toenails still look really good for it being around a month after my pedicure… only a few of my toes have started to chip! I guess because of that last fact, they can get bumped up to 4 stars!
I look forward to trying the frozen yogurt place next door the owners of Rambha are opening any day now… nothing is better than a day at the spa and some froyo!

I’ve been going to Rambha for a few years; since she worked at Ragtops. She does great threading and really good facials. My only complaints are based around her personality; she is disorganized and even after several years doesn’t know my name. Every time I see her it’s as if she’s never met me before and I am 99% sure she still doesn’t know my name. I don’t exactly want to be best friends with the spa people but I would like a tiny bit of recognition that I have been a pretty regular customer. She has never called me by my name, only ‘dear.’
She’s definitely very good at the technical parts of her job and has a gift for eyebrows but her interaction with the customer is lacking in my opinion. So I would recommend going to see her if you don’t really care if your spa person develops any kind of relationship with you; you’ll be happy with the services that she does. Just don’t expect any kind of personal interaction besides the necessities.

I visited Rambha Day Spa yesterday for a pedicure and threading of my face. Rambha is a very personalbe and friendly. She is so genuine and really wants to build her business. On Monday-​Wednesday the spa pedicure was $ 20 and was given by a gentleman named Milton. He did a great job and we conversed the entire time. Rambha did the threading on my eyebrows and face. I have had many «threadings» over the years and this was the FIRST time that I didn’t feel any discomfort! Wow… really impressed!!! I am looking forward to the Shehaz Hussein facial! Can’t wait to go back!

Yeay! Finally Rambha Singh has moved out of Ragtops and has opened her own Day Spa and Salon. I was really surprised by how professional and well put together her new spa is. And, it is huuuge! They have tons of pedicure stations, a hair and makeup area and special rooms for laser and eyebrow threading and facials. She even does the Shehnaz Hussein facials which are a huge hit in India. Anyway, I really like her new place and will not hesitate in taking my guests there for some pampering.
