My store manager in Southern Calfornia ordered a case of lollipops from Rozell’s. They shipped the 27# box to my billing address, in a different state. I have made multiple phone calls to Rozell’s, leaving voicemails with my access number, as well as sending them an e-mail. I have not yet received a phone call or e-mail response to my messages. I looked into shipping the box to the store myself, but it was going to run from $ 42 at FedEx to $ 66 through the Post Office. That’s more than the package is worth! I’ve instructed my manager to order from the manufacturer in the future and bypass this business that has done no follow up with me in over a week. I’d recommend ordering your gift baskets from a company that responds to it’s customers when an error has been made on their end.
