As someone with nearly twenty years of broad recruiting and hiring experience, I use my insight to assist job seekers in a comprehensive way at various points in their careers. I’ve reviewed/​rejected/​selected thousands of résumés and have personally recruited, interviewed, and hired for many years.

Business Owner

My own career has allowed me to become an expert in the field of employment. I became a recruiter since 1996 and continue to recruit today. Recruiters are involved in decisions at each step of the process and often decide, influence or predict hiring outcomes. Through different corporate and staffing roles I’ve been able to gain a 360 perspective on selection and hiring.

In the last few years, I’ve been focusing on résumé writing and coaching in addition to recruiting. I use my knowledge of hiring to assist job seekers, students, career changers and anyone exploring their career options.
