At Studio K Pilates We are Moving with Strength… Together! Our mission is to help create Healthy Bodies, Balanced Lives, and a Beautiful You. This is a studio where women are nurturing women. Studio K Pilates is the perfect choice for the everyday woman who wants to tighten and tone, is looking to start an exercise routine, wants personal attention, or is intimidated by the «big» gym. Our equipment-​based studio uses reformers, stabilizing chairs, spring walls and mats. You will find our smaller more personal setting a comfortable friendly environment. Private and Semi-​private sessions are available to fit your busy schedule.

History

Established in 2011.

Studio K Pilates was established to bring a more affordable Pilates option to Chandler, Gilbert and Tempe communities while still providing a private or semi-​private workout environment. This smaller setting allows for each workout to fit your individual goals based on your condition when you walk in the studio.

Meet the Business Owner

Kris P.

Business Owner

Kris is a PMA certified teacher and owner of Studio K Pilates LLC. Kris has been a student of pilates since 2006. Through the years she has tried many types of exercise but it wasn’t until she found pilates that her consistency and passion for exercise grew.

Kris has a passion for helping individuals feel good about themselves. Pilates helps you concentrate and connect your mind and body. She believes that everyone has an internal beauty that can be brought out by feeling better about yourself. When you feel good about yourself you have a healthier stronger body.

When she is not in the studio with clients you will find her on the country/​ballroom dance floors continuing her passion for exercise.

Kris trained under Julian Littleford in Del Mar, Ca. She has a Balanced Body University comprehensive Pilates certification. She is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. Kris is also CPR/​AED certified.
