Specialties

We are the only New Orleans style shaved ice shop in the valley with over 60 flavors including sugar free and dye free options. We use pure cane sugar to make our syrups and we use reverse osmosis water to make our syrups and ice blocks. Oh, and did we mention you can stuff our snoballs with Thrifty ice cream and pick from a number of different toppings! Yum!

I live over by Sunny SnoBalls but had never seen them before despite them opening in October! Stopped in with my friend, and I’m glad I did! Her and I each got a different flavor, and they were both so good! She got hers stuffed with vanilla ice cream, which she loved, and I just had mine plain. Next time I’m going to try one of the many toppings! New favorite sweet treat spot!

My husband and I have been to a TON of shaved ice places… From Cali to HI… And this place is THE BEST shaved ice we have ever had. I love the fact that they use pure cane sugar, no high fructose and they use RO water. You can really taste the difference. This place compared to others is like a night and day difference.

Yum! Do I need to say more? I tried the Tigers Blood flavor with chocolate ice cream at the bottom and sweet cream on top and wow! Was delicious! The root beer tasted like root beer. Best part? There was syrup all the way to the bottom! I’ve noticed that by the end, it’s usually just ice, but not here! I plan on coming back and absolutely recommend this place… especially over some other popular places! =]

I’ve only been there once, but I absolutely loved it. I was having a bad day and this was just the thing for a delicious pick-​me-​up! The owner was amazing. He explained the menu and gave me a lot of recommendations for the flavor I chose. I’m definitely coming back again

Love this place soooo much! The ice used taste so clean and doesn’t have any off flavors from using unfiltered water. I love all the different flavor options and can’t wait to try them all and all the different combinations. The owner is so awesome and I enjoy having conversations with him as I’m eating my sno cone and even after I’m done. I’m really gonna make the effort to try and go once a week cause they’re so good and amazing.

Best place to get your shaved ice or what I call it sno cones. They DO NOT use tap water like most places (example:B.bucks)! They also make their flavors without high fructose corn syrup. They have many great flavors and unique ones you wouldn’t have thought of. Along with sugar free options. Also you can get toppings (Marshmallow fluff, cream, sprinkles, etc.) You can even get it stuffed with ice cream and a pretzel stick! The shaved ice has a good clean taste you can’t get anywhere else. You can also get a free snocone after you buy so many, if you sign up with your email/​phone number. No annoying texts or emails, so no worries there. Locally owned and that’s definitely what brought me here. I rather support small businesses. Great customer service. I definitely will be coming here often! B Bucks doesn’t have crap on this place! haha ;) =)

I love this place! I never liked snowballs or icees etc and was hesitant to try this as a dessert place but I am so glad I gave them a try! They have the most amazing snowballs I ever had and my kids couldn’t agree more!

If you have not tried Sunny Snoballs, you have not lived. This is the best shaved ice in town and I will be a loyal customer till the day I die. I recommend that everyone stop by and give it a try, plus the owners are the coolest people you will meet.

Very creatively done shaved ice. First off the Hawaiian shave ice portion was to perfection. Added to that, thrifty vanilla bean ice cream was a tasty extra… but don’t stop there because I also get a pretzel stick stuck in the middle of this masterpiece for less than I usually pay at Bahama bucks. We came in a little late and the gentlemen stayed open to give us the experience. Hey BB’s, sorry guys but I have a new shaved ice joint.

What a treat! I came here with my family right before they were closing and the owner was engaging and explained the menu and products to us.
I went a little crazy with my dessert and opted for a scoop of Thrifty chocolate ice cream, the seasonal Butter Pecan shaved ice, marshmallow fluff from Local Fluff It, and a pretzel. I was not at all disappointed.
My family stuck to their favorites– piña colada, strawberry, and root beer. I tried them all and fell in love! Needless to say, we are now loyal customers.

I liked the décor of the place and it is very clean. The man behind the counter (assuming the owner) greeted me immediately and explained the menu to me. They have a wide selection of flavors to choose from. They put a nice twist on shaved ice because you can add different flavors of ice cream as well as toppings like sweet cream, caramel, chocolate, sprinkles, and marshmallow fluff. The owner was very friendly and engaging. I’m hardly in this area but I’ll make it a point to stop by. The shaved ice was excellent and is a great alternative to Bahama Bucks. The plaza seems to be somewhat busy so I really hope they make it. Best of all they use Thrifty Ice Cream!

Best shaved ice in town! My husband and I like Bahama Bucks but this place is uniquely different. Amazing favors, and the owner is super nice. We will definitely be taking a vacation from bucks. If you are looking for a delicious treat while supporting a local business this is the place to go!
