Taylor Made Inspection Service is an Arizona state licensed Home Inspection Firm. We specialize in maximizing the value of your home inspection, allowing you the utmost negotiation power when purchasing a home, as well as protecting your investment for free for the first 90 days!

History

Established in 2013.

We take a very through look at the following areas of your home; Structural Integrity, Exterior of home and grounds, Roof System, Electrical System, Plumbing System, HVAC System as well as all interior portions of the home and attic. If you have a Pool and/​or Spa we will inspect that too. We operate based on the «Arizona Standards of Professional Practice for Home Inspectors». However, that is only the minimum requirement. We pride ourselves on our ability to go beyond the minimum standards offering you features you will not find at most other inspection firms.

All of our Inspections automatically come with a free 90 Day warranty. If you have or plan on purchasing a full year or more of warranty protection, that is even better! We recommend as much protection as possible because things CAN and WILL go wrong unfortunately.

Patrick is the owner/​cheif inspector at Taylor Made Inspection Service serving the state of Arizona. Patrick is licensed by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (AZBTR), License #57 195. He is also an Associate Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI, Member #254 576) as well as member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
