Hands down, THE best boba place in AZ. We’re originally from the Bay Area in Cali so we know what’s good boba and bad boba and their drinks are pretty spot on. My new favorite spot!

This place is really cute, but the fact that they start prepping ingredients after they’ve opened is super inconvenient(especially if you don’t have the time to wait 20 minutes for a drink). I’ve only been here a couple of times, but the workers have been pleasant and the location is clean. I’ve had the Yogoberry(which was a strawberry yogurt drink with fresh strawberries at the bottom), and it was delicious! It was sweet and tasted a lot like a strawberry milkshake. The Strawberry Mojito(strawberry green tea, mint leaves, coconut jelly, and rainbow jelly) is also tasty and is a great choice if you’re wanting something a bit more refreshing. Their large drinks are in the $ 4 – 5 range. They also have a perks program where you can get a free drink after ten drinks.

Tea that actually tastes like tea and not powder stuff? Does my tongue deceive me? Say what?! I was kidnapped for some TeaStreet yesterday and boy am I glad I was! With it being 116°F outside, a cool beverage was in order. I’ve always been partial to citrus and after seeing their cute little board of drinks suggestions based on your astrological sign, I decided to go with the one for Aries [which is what I am]: Sunshine Perfect. Described as, «Refreshing citrus green tea with mango popping boba, coco jelly, and boba,» I was sold. My fondness for a citrus-y beverage on an otherwise hot-as-hell day was fulfilled! That first sip packed an explosion of flavor. I also drank a good portion of a Peach Milk Tea with boba which had a significantly stronger flavor which I loved. While I do think the texture of the boba isn’t as soft as other places, the tea flavor is unparalleled. I wish this place was closer to home! TeaStreet is a cozy little shop with plenty of seating. It’s clean, kept nice and cool, and the staff is friendly. You’re the balls to my boba tea, TeaStreet. 4.5 stars!

Sadly, this place was EMPTY and there just seems no good reason for that to be so. Maybe I just happened to stop by at an odd slow hour. I don’t know. But the BUBBLETEAISFANTASTIC! And the pearls were a perfect consistency(you can actually tell the difference between the texture of different pearls if you drink enough of this stuff… I don’t know how good, bad or ugly that is… but I digress…). This place needs to GETSHAKIN’. The bubble tea is Great! Get out there and start drinking this stuff folks! You don’t want to lose a marvelous drink option like this in our valley…

My question to the owners of this business is: How do you have business hours that suck so bad(11:00am opening) and still do not have product ready to go. I know I walked in as the doors were openeing, but you are a Tea and Boba joint, at least that is what is says on the door… Walked in, asked the girl what her favorite boba drink was. Was then told that their boba would not be ready for another 20 minutes? Now, I work a very early shift in the area and have been agonizingly TRYING to throw money at this place, and apparently you don’t want it. This is strange considering I never see anyone in your place, even during regular business hours when I drive by it going home everyday. Eventually I said«Bummer, I guess I gotta jam…» not only did the tender not try to up sale anything or make a recommendation for a replacement, she just told me to have a nice day and, and proceeded to slowly disappear into the back of the store. I guess I will just have to get my boba from Boba and Doughnuts across the street. They may not be as fancy as your place, but the customer service and product is far superior than yours. I will not be coming back… ever.

I drive 30 minutes each time to come here for a cup of iced tea because their Earl Grey Milk Tea with Boba is THAT good. The service is indeed quite slow but always friendly and courteous. I certainly do not mind since this is a small business and each and every cup of Earl grey tea is brewed fresh!

The tea is super fresh, and they have a lot of unique flavors and add-ins for the drinks. I had the honey milk tea with aloe vera, and it was perfect. They were extremely friendly and happy to let me taste a couple different add-ins. There are a lot of things I want to try on their menu. I’ll definitely be back here for more bubble tea! Yum!

Not as good as I thought it would be. My friends and I came here at 7pm on a Saturday night and it was totally empty except for a one family. I ordered the red bean milk tea without boba [~$ 4 with tax], and it was basically milk tea with red bean floating around at the bottom. My friend ordered strawberry milk tea with red bean topping, and her tea tasted the same as mine except for a hint of something sweet. It didn’t exactly taste like strawberry. I tried the strawberry slush as well and it just tasted like something sweet/tart, but not very good. Everything else was fine; the décor and service, etc. But the drinks didn’t taste like other boba teas that I’ve had and like to drink.

My favorite boba joint in Chandler. The tea is always made fresh and the boba is always perfectly made(awesome chewiness). My usual order is Honey Milk Tea Boba with ½ sweetness(full is too sweet for me). If you’re looking for great boba milk tea, Tea Street is the place to go.

I’m a regular and I’m sure the young ladies that work there know my face by now. Everything they serve is higher quality and consistent just like the boba in California. Boba Teahouse and Yes Café are ok but they just can’t compare.(I won’t even consider Glacier Snow — I’m Filipino too but sorry, your stuff just isn’t that great. I’ll never forget the Halo-Halo without ube ice cream. That’s a sin). I recommend the fusion teas: Passion Burst, Grapefruit or Red Guava. If you want something milky, go for the Carmel Milk Tea.

Extremely slow service even though there is no one here… I waited 5 minutes to order my drink then an additional 10 minutes just to wait for one drink which is very easy. In terms of efficiency they have have a long way to go. Despite the gripe for the wait I keep coming back for the green milk tea with redbean and oolong milk tea. Sometimes the drinks come out watery and sometimes they come out perfect. My friend got a regular milk tea but the flavor was just not there. Disappointed… However, when the Big Boss is there from SD my drinks come out nice. I like the regular milktea with redbean and boba. I wish they didn’t charge .60 more the drink. Oh and please get the regular stamp card or fivestars or something…*With the perka app you have to go through an additional steps of scanning your barcode on your receipt. Ain’t noone got time for that. Efficiency: 2 Customer service/Friendliness: 2.5 Drinks:3 hit or miss

«Like! Green», that’s the drink I got… You know how scotch whiskey and sushi can be an acquired taste? This drink is like that. Initially, this drink gives a overwhelmingly almond fragrance. I hated it, it was gross. However I spent 5 bucks on this damn drink, so I continued and begrudgingly sucked it up. Weirdly, as I was halfway done, I stopped noticing the weird almond flavor and started tasting the green tea matcha. I’m confused, and probably will have something traditional at this place next time, if I have to come back.

First visit: They neglected to add boba to my drink however, I was already half way back to work when I realized so I did not return to get it corrected Second visit: The store was closed /doors locked in the middle of the day. Clearly within the posted operating hours Third visit: Inside the store smelled HORRIBLE… like rotting… something? Anyway I really wanted a drink so I ordered. Once again they forgot the boba(see a trend?) but I caught the mistake before I left and the girl added it without issue. So all in all, I think I will pass on another visit. The drinks are good but not so great that I can’t get the same thing somewhere else. Sorry TeaStreet. I tried…

I am happy I came here, I ordered a guava mixed with passion fruit tea and it was amazing. It was so sweet, its the best alternative to soda! I like the option to come here instead of a coffee shop.

Okay so this place is new and the owner told me they haven’t put out advertisements to get their name out, so don’t mind the emptiness. It’s a shame this place isn’t more crowded, but then again– I’m okay with not having to stand in a long line! I’m usually wary whenever trying boba places here in Arizona, mostly because of the high prices and the let down from my high expectations.(Insert statement about being from the Bay Area and/or California having the best boba and setting the bar high, therefore everywhere else sucks– jk, not really. /snobbiness) Wasn’t sure what to get and was intrigued by the Osmanthus which I felt is equivalent in flavor to the Chrysanthemum which the owner quickly clarified to me in flavor differences and assured me it was a high quality tea. I was sold.(Random fact: Osmanthus tea was used as Chinese herbal medication and is shown to have neuroprotective and antioxidant effects!). I upgraded to a large and got it with boba. I didn’t alter my sweetness, though she assured me it was not too sweet. Though, if it’s your first time you might want to get less sweet maybe 75%, if you’re not sure. She was so nice and even added an extra topping, the agar jelly to try(it’s a vegetarian cloudy lookng gelatin, that has a crunchier bite texture than jell-o). The milk tea here is the closest in flavor to the tea shops that make milk tea back home i.e. Fantasia, Ten Ren and Cool Tea Bar. The tea flavor of the osmanthus was so good, refreshing and light– perfect for the hot weather. I loved that I could hear her mixing the milk tea and this place does not use powder– I hate powdery instant milk tea! The boba was good too, sweetened, soft and chewy. Liked the agar jelly, it reminds me of the White Boba back home that’s made with seaweed so it has more of crumbling, crunch instead of being chewy. This place is legit! The owner is from San Diego and is Vietnamese/Chinese, so you know she’s keepin’ it real. She explained how it’s particularly hard because the clientale for milk tea/boba is different than that of California which made me feel bad for her because she was the sweetest and her shop deserves more business. It’s okay TeaStation, I’ll be back for you! I’m from the West side, but have no regrets coming here. However, pretty sure TeaStreet ruined all other boba places I’ve tried here in Phoenix, nuuuu! I’ll be back for sure though! They use Perka for their point system here.

The place is pretty new but they usually have just one person working. I’ve seen two when they are training. It’s ok. I didn’t think it’s obvious but if you don’t pick a sweetness, it’s just going be unsweetened. The first time, we didn’t know and the girl didn’t say anything about it. It resulted in gross bland tea. I usually go to with the smoothies and it’s pretty less than standard. It’s extremely watery. I haven’t had fresh boba here yet(3−4x). I definitely don’t recommend the«Like! Green» tea. It leaves an unpleasant aftertaste but that just might be me since it IS a Top 10. Oh and they run out of toppings often. I have never ever seen grass jelly available, one of my favorites. This place is quaint and doesn’t have that busy, grand opening feel. It might come to that eventually.

Tea street just opened up about one month ago, this was my first visit and I will definitely come back whenever the mood strikes for milk tea or boba! The cashier/barista was very nice and answered all of our questions about the business and the drinks. They have both boba, slushes, and milk tea as should be expected for any boba style tea house. They have many options and also a cute top ten menu with their house creations. All sounded very delicious. I decided to try the matcha style boba tea which was pretty good. Next time I will try a hot milk tea or their house rose boba tea!

Cool selection of teas, slushes, and smoothies. In addition to the make your own drink, they have a few signature drinks with ingredients listed below the name. I decided on the Passion green tea drink, which came with passion fruit green tea, coconut jelly, boba, and basil seed. It was light, sweet, and refreshing. It did initially did not come with the basil seed and I had to go back to the counter to get it put in my drink though. The atmosphere is contemporary, warm, and inviting. Whether you feel more like a lighter refreshing drink or a dessert-like shake-like drink, there are plenty of options to keep anyone satisfied.
