My family and I have a long history of using Valvoline shops for oil changes in CT and MA. However, this was a very disappointing experience in Chanhassen — I felt like I was lied to. I drive a 2014 Honda CR-​V. I showed up with a coupon expecting standard oil change — then they showed me 2 choices — synthetic or semi-​synthetic. I asked for regular oil and they said no and cheapest option was over $ 55, with the $ 7 coupon! I was told my car requires synthetic oil, which just isn’t true. I will never return here
