They can scrub and clean all they want, what they should of done was clean out the employees with bad altitude! This location is worst compared to others. The staff don’t smile, they’re rude, and when you ask them a question other than what toppings they ask you, they don’t answer you! Even the cashier is rude with altitude. Perhaps the company should not only teach them how to clean but also manners!

Came here at about 9:20 on Saturday(5⁄14) and the place was empty except for a group of teenagers. Only two visible people working – no big deal, it’s late. The woman that helped us was not friendly and skimped on our chicken, only giving us less then a half serving of chicken, one of my biggest pet peeves when going to chipotle. Then the drink station was dirty and there were only three forks in the bins which were wet – gross and unsanitary. Regret going here and spending good money. Will not be returning to this one.

Just moved to this area. Always have a passion of chipotle food, but today I got a little disappointed. The food tastes as great as other stores, but the serving is way too little. My gf and I had steak and chicken burrito and bowl, but we couldn’t find meat in our food. What? No meat? Even rice or veggie are lesser than I expected comparing to other chipotle stores I have been to. No reason for us to come back once more.

I absolutely love Chipotle! If I had my way I’d eat it everyday. But I’ve officially found one that I’ll avoid like the plague. This place is a disaster! My burrito was a misshapen square with the top folded outward instead of inward. The fajita vegetables were charred leftovers as opposed to fresh grilled veggies. The service was so slow that I witnessed multiple people leave without ordering. This particular shop does no justice to the food quality and service offered at other Chipotle restaurants!

I started going to this Chipotle recently because the one closer to me has gone down in quality. This one isn’t much better. Twice now they’ve forgotten lettuce in my bowls, even in an online order where all the ingredients are listed on the receipt. Also they give the tiniest pinch of cheese, I could barely even see it.

I have been here before. Not bad. Fast service. Depending on the schedule the line is huge or short. I ordered a bowl, which is what I usually order, and it was really good. Corn was spicy. I do not understand, however, why they changed the kind of corn. Now they serve the sweet american corn that is so detestable.

The service was quick and accurate, the food was fresh and the staff was super friendly and it was a very pleasant visit. The restaurant was clean, the hot food was hot, cold food was cold, and everything was well stocked. The only thing was the Spirit button on the soda machine was harder to operate and it continued to come out even after you released the button.

I visited this location on 2÷9÷16 around 830 pm and will be coming back more often. Luis is a great example of what perfect customer service is! Once I stepped to the cash register he smiled the entire time, extremely polite and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Great Assest to Chantilly Chipotle!

Of course the potential options are good — it’s Chipotle. But this location always seems to fail. I’ve tried placing online orders several times — once I was told it was successful and yet when showing up at the store, they had no record of the order(despite an email confirmation indicating they did in fact have it). Another time it said I could place an online order but it wouldn’t be ready for an hour and a half. Hmm, yeah, the location isn’t THAT busy. They tend to short-change you on portion sizes and the food is generally lukewarm at best.

Worst customer service in the Northern Virginia. I would avoid this location and go to any other area Chipotle. Workers are more concerned with goofing off and talking to their friends, than their jobs. Hoping a new team will be put in this location in the future, because the one they currently have is severely lacking ambition and the upkeep of the company’s rich culture. Have you ever been in process of driving somewhere you wanted to go, but knew upon arrival, it would end in regret? This is exactly how I feel on my way to this Chipotle. Anxious for delicious food, knowing damn well I’ll be disappointed once I get there. Why do I do this to myself? Damn you Chipotle and your delicious steak bowls. But anyways, I’m going to be honest here: This Chipotle location annoys me. Greatly. For two reasons. But let me explain… I am a new Virginian. Coming from Maryland and experiencing this Chipotle location thus far, I feel sorry for anyone who has never experienced otherwise. In my hometown(Hyattsville, Maryland), I could go to any Chipotle and receive almost ungodly portions of food. And if somehow it wasn’t to my liking(considering the fact that you’re charging us nearly $ 10 bucks for a bowl of ingredients that’ll last for one meal) all I had to do is ask, «Hey, can I have a little more meat?» Without hesitation,(or extra charge for that matter) it was done. No problem. I’ve had bowls so big, they’d force the tops closed. I’ve had a girl stuff my burrito with so much food, that she had to re-wrap it: TWICE. We all thought it was hilarious! Again, nothing charged extra, and it was delicious to say the least. That’s what I call good customer service. Now let’s review this Chipotle, shall we? This is unfortunately the closest Chipotle near my home. The last time I went to this location, I reluctantly asked for a steak bowl. I say«reluctantly» because I already knew that they would give me an embarrassing amount of food for the price I’ll pay, leaving me to shyly ask for more portions of ____, and hoping they didn’t look at me funny. I’ve been here enough times to know this. It was around 12:30PM, the peak of lunch time. I noticed that the steak container was literally a few tablespoons away from being empty, so I requested to wait for them to cook more steak. I hate getting the«leftovers» or the steak that’s down to the bottom of the barrel. The server said«Okay,» but filled up my bowl with what they had left. I waited on the side until they were done cooking the steak, and he added some to my bowl. A few seconds later, I get to the cashier and realized after she told me my price total, something was not right. Big shocker, they charged me for extra meat. I quickly explained to the cashier that I didn’t ask for anything EXTRA. I asked to wait for fresh steak. She understood and practically embarrassed the server by telling him, in front of everyone, something along the lines of, «Hey you gotta tell them that it’s extra for more steak beforehand…» before shaking her head and smirking annoyingly to me. I’m glad the charge was taken off, but the point is, I never asked for anything extra. I don’t consider two tablespoons of steak to be a portion worthy of paying $ 10 bucks for. Every time I’ve gone in here, I’ve had to ask for them to give me more of this or that, because for some reason, they enjoy skimping out on whatever they put in your bowl or burrito. My fiancé and Mother have also commented on this before I had even complained to them personally about it. The customer service here is also very dry, at least from the times I’ve come in. No one smiles, no one makes small chit chat, something that was much better in Maryland whenever I went to a Chipotle. With that being said, I won’t be coming here again. The atmosphere is dry, the customer service is dry, and the portion sizes are laughable. I’m actually on Unilocal!right now looking for other locations to visit, as we speak.

Did a pick up order yesterday for 3 people and A child. Very disappointed. My take out order was missing ingredients. Everyone’s order lacked a proper portion of meat. By the time we all got home it was not worth going back. Chipotle are usually all top notch. But not these guys.

Let me start by stating that I have not always been a Chipotle fan. I did not like the fact that ground beef wasn’t an option so I would pick Qdoba when the option presented itself. However, over the past year… I have become a real fan. I can’t stay out of this place. My go-to are the chicken bowls! I have missed out on all this goodness looking for ground beef so now it’s make-up time! This particular location is great to me! They are always friendly and great you as you are walking up. I have even tried a couple of the secret menu options, and they prepared them without question. The food is fresh and the like to keep the line moving… my type of place! There is nothing here that you can’t get at other locations, but since this seems to be the place to go after a Target run(located in the same plaza), I decided to give them the great review. If you need a Chipotle fix and you are near this location, they will not fail you!!!

I love Chipotle but am not a fan of this location. It just doesn’t seem to have its act together — they’re out of rice, the steak is over-cooked, beans or dry and the staff is annoyed or frantic or both. Dinner tonight here was a disaster — they were running out of white rice, so my husband I seemingly split what would have been a normal portion for a bowl. Skimpy meat servings(like a half-spoonful skimpy), but so over loaded with sour cream that I scooped out at least 1⁄3 of a cup before I ate my dish. Blech. Chipotle can be hit or miss in general, and this location is more miss than hit.

Fast service and clean dining area, workers promptly clean up after customers once they leave. Chipotle offers one of the best burritos ive ever had, fresh ingredients and at a great price. FYI — the latrines at this facility are well maintained, one of these fresh burritos might cause you to blow an o-ring. Suggestion: get half a cup of salad dressing and a side of guac, mix the two together and put on your entrée of choice… this concoction will change your life

The food is served fast and often served sloppy. The food quality is average but to be expected for fast food. There were employees walking around but no one restocking utensils(fork tray was empty) or cleaning. Several empty tables and the floor were dirty for the 15 minutes I was there. Not a place I would like to come back to.
