From the first day, the salesman was very knowledgeable and efficient. Their prices are very competitive. They made a good first impression.
For some reason the board of directors in the building I manage chose to sign a contract with a big national company that rhymes with Lee-​nub-​lick. Jeremy at KMG warned me that big national companies sometimes let customers «fall through the cracks.» Sure enough Leenublick was supposed to drop new containers on the same day as our old provider picked up theirs. On the big day, we had no containers and garbage was sliding down the trash chute on the ground. Big mess,

I called them and they said they had no paperwork, they could not find our contract and it would take two business days to get us «in the system». Since it was Friday afternoon, that meant garbage would be piled high by the time Tuesday rolled around.
I called KMG late Friday afternoon hoping for a miracle. KMG came through! Very next morning, new containers were dropped. The garbage room was clean. They made their first pick up today three days after they dropped the new cans.
That’s the difference with a small, family owned company and the big national outfits. KMG rocks.
