First off, I want to say that the team that came to my house to provide the remediation service was really great to work with and knowledgeable.
However, a few issues:
1. The initial quote from the team who came to my house for the remediation work was ~1000. But the final bill is more than $ 1,600. I don’t understand the difference.
2. The person from the Fair Oaks Virginia office responsible for coordination refused to work with us. We wanted to keep the fans in our basement for a few more hours since we had another frozen pipe (no burst). There was a possibility of another leak. We had a plumber on site investigating and we requested that the equipment stay at the site for another hour or so while the plumber finds the second leak (if any). The lady on the phone (from the Fair Oaks office) refused to work with us and said ServPro cannot help us. Even though the crew on site understood the situation and was trying to help us out.
I don’t think I will ever use ServPro again.

Nick Riddle and his team cleaned my house last week after my water heater broke and I was so unbelievably pleased with their services. They were professional, fast, and most importantly effective. Would recommend to anyone else in that same kind of predicament.

Centreville, VA
They had a redheaded gentleman come over and promise they were going to replace everything and ripped everything out. Then when the insurance company said they were not replacing it I called to get Servpro to replace it and the office manager was totally rude to me. Servpro ended up replacing my floor but it took A LONG TIME. They also tried charging me A LOT of money for stuff they didn’t even do. I disputed that and they knocked the charges off. Total headache. Use service master.
