Prosperity realty has been managing rental property of mine for years now. They do walk through inspections every quarter to ensure the property is kept up and no major issues are left unattended. The owner Patrick is one of the most knowledgeable real estate pros I’ve ever met. His professionalism and no nonsense attitude to property management, leases, deductibles, and ensuring rent monies are collected in a timely fashion month after month are truly a blessing.
Patrick also helped me buy a new home last year. When I asked him for his help I told him then it wouldn’t be an easy job since I basically did not have to buy anything, but rather wanted to. I was very picky, perhaps overly so but that did not deter Patrick. He showed me house after house and we put bids in on about a half a dozen only to be outbid. Patrick knew my budget and worked diligently with me for almost 8 months until one day he unearthed the diamond I had searched for. With the market the way it was, he calculated what he thought the best price we could get it for was, pulled the comps to make sure and within 24 hours he had all but finalized the contract with the selling agent. I would recommend Patrick and his team to anyone either looking for their new dream home or wanting to take a step back from the hassle and day to day grind of overseeing rental property.
