My wife’s iPhone screen cracked so we brought it in for repair. The repair was completed within a few hours and seemed to be working fine. Then, a few months later, all of a sudden one third of the touch screen stopped working. So we took it back in. The tech told her he thought it would be a quick on the spot fix, so if she paid him the $ 20 diagnostic fee, he’d probably be able to fix it on the spot. It turned out the screen needed to be replaced again and the screen only had a 60 day warranty (we were 16 days past). They refused to stand by their work and basically blamed us for the screen failing (implying it was dropped), even though the phone had been in a secure case since the first cracked screen. They said that the part was not defective, even though it stopped working just 76 days after it was installed and that I could either pay full price for the new screen or go pound sand. When I called the manager, Tyler, he refused to do anything for me and just kept citing that the warranty was past. I understand how warranties work and that contractually they don’t have to do anything but if you want to keep customers, I would expect them to step up and stand behind their work. Don’t trust the work they do here as they seem to think that paying $ 100 to get a screen fixed and having it last only 76 days is acceptable. Plus, we were out the $ 20 that the tech scammed my wife out of to look at the phone again, because he «thought it would be an easy repair».

Please READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. They promised 1 day replacement screen and it took 4 days to replace the screen.
THEY GIVE YOU FAULTY SCREENS TO CHARGE YOU AGAIN FOR MORE REPAIRS. Don’t trust them, they charged $ 240 for a new screen 2 times in 1 year! Our Samsung galaxy 4 screen is still faulty!

Last week I had unfortunately cracked the screen on my iPhone. Yay me! Nice timing and one of my best friend’s wedding was the next day too. Anyways I went online and googled and Unilocaled places that could fix it. Luckily I found WiGoClinic. I called the Fairfax but eh… But I called South Riding and Mr. Dennis answered and was so nice and understanding as well as accommodating. Thank you so much!

Took my money and never render any kind of service waited 2 months for a unlock code that never worked then I have them the phone to repair it they had the phone for another 3 weeks. When I got tired of waiting I asked for my phone back and was told I needed to wait another 7 days for a refund, now their telling me three weeks after getting my phone back I can’t get a refund due to new regulations as told by Chiadade from the Fairfax store my advice stay away the whole corporation is a bunch of crooks. He couldn’t even get information to anyone above him but its ok my lawyer has advised me that’s its a open and shut case. DON’T GO TO ANY WIGO CLINIC. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

Fixed defective screen in 30mins without an appointment. These guys are fast.
You need to know this is a walkin place. So don’t expect phone calls or extensive call backs. You walk in, get your screen replaced in less than 1hr.
The rep and techs are friendly.

Worst customer service ever! Had me pay up front for the parts and repair and then said the part wasn’t in stock. Said it would be in today or 4 days from now. It’s been over a week and they still can’t give me an real date!

Unilocal took my last review down from the recommended list for this company and all the other negative reviews that they have which is many. Is Unilocal not giving people an honest picture of this company. Please read the negative reviews. WiGoClinic did a terrible job for me and did not even put my phone back together. After I was treated rudely on the phone they told me to bring my phone back in to put the screws back in that they for forgot to put in and finish the job. Well today I went back and they had moved locations and the very manager that I talked to a few days earlier did not even tell me they moved. So now I have to go to one more place. So thats 3 trips for fixing a phone that should have been 1 trip.

Pathetic… not only do they not call me to let me know what is going on with my itouch after FOUR weeks when I call them to find out what is going on the person answering the phone can barely understand or verbally communicate what is going on. Just horrific… oh and after four weeks they have done nothing to solve the problem. Save your time and money on these amatuers.

I dropped my phone off for a screen repair, they fixed it within two days, or so I thought.
I had to take it back because the screen kept flashing every few seconds. They quoted a 24 hour re-​check policy. Here we are 2 weeks later and I still don’t have my phone.
They never call me back, they never call me to give me updates about my phone. I have to WALK IN to get an update about the phone. I have visited this store multiple times to try and get updates which always starts with «We tried to call you…» which is just a blatant lie. One time I was sent home because the store only had a single screwdriver to work with and the previous tech took it home. The last lie I got was «We will have it fixed tomorrow and call you with an update». Shocker, they never called me.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO TRY AND GET ANYTHING REPAIRED!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE PLAYING VIDEO GAMES IN THE BACK INSTEAD OF ANSWERING THEIR PHONE AND LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!
This is more like «Why would I even go here» clinic instead of «Wigo»!

Bottom line up front, good replacement job on my wife’s Galaxy SIII with cracked glass. Turned around in about a day, due to having to get an additional part from another store.
The only complaint I had was that we almost had to pay $ 219 for the repair instead of the $ 99 as originally quoted, as in trying to replace the glass, the technician broke the LCD screen. Mind you, this is a known risk with glass replacement on S3s, which is why I didn’t try to do it myself despite the availability of «repair kits» that can be purchased online. The complaint comes from not being told in advance that repairs are «at your own risk», and that my wife was going to have to pay more to cover the parts and labor for the cracked LCD. This isn’t shown on the website (that I could find), nor was she informed of the policy in the store when she dropped it off for service. Luckily, the store manager accepted responsibility for the oversight, and we ultimately paid the original quote.
So, again, they do good work and I’d recommend them to others with only a caution that they make sure to clarify the risks and store policy before committing. Honestly, a replacement S3 would have run $ 465 for a new phone without the warrantee, or had a $ 200 deductible with it (not including the cost of the warrantee itself), so even the $ 219 would still have been a fair price, if told up front it could happen and we’d be charged.

I had a Galaxy S3 with a smashed screen. I called around to several places and WiGo was the only shop that could get it done that afternoon. They were upfront about the repair time, (3 hours) and the quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. I would return to them for any other repairs and would recommend them to anyone seeking similar services.

Sorry for the length but I wanted to share my whole 2.5+ month experience.
This was a disaster from the start. I took my daughter’s phone in on May 4 after calling ahead to make sure they could repair the issue (broken prongs inside the charging port). I was assured they could do the repair and that it would only take a few days. When I got to the location I explained again what was wrong (no diagnostics required, the issue was obvious) and they told me the repair would be about $ 50 ($ 29.99 for a non-​refundable «standard labor service fee» and $ 19.99 for the new charge port) and would take less than a week to fix as they would be able to do it at the location. They didn’t know exactly how long it would take but I was told they would call me. I hadn’t heard anything from them as of May 9 so I called to get a status on when the iPod would be ready. I was then told that they were not able to fix it in house as promised and instead would need to send it out to be repaired. They said the charge for this was $ 100. I told the person I spoke to that I’d already paid $ 50 and that I wasn’t going to pay an additional $ 100 when I only paid $ 165 for the device brand new. I was put on hold and the person came back and said they would refund the $ 50 if I allowed them to send it out for $ 100. If I didn’t want them to send it out I would be refunded the $ 19.99 for the part but not the $ 29.99 service fee. I was not happy, in my opinion they should have known off the bat that the issue was one that could not be done in house, there were no surprises in what was wrong. Apparently the part had to be soldered to the motherboard and that was not something they were able to do. So at this point I asked how long it would take and was told 2 weeks or so. I said fine and allowed them to send it out, refund the $ 50 and recharge me $ 100. After 2 weeks I called them to see if the iPod was ready, I was told no, probably another week. Fast forward to July 17. I called at least once every two weeks between May 9 and July 17 (they NEVER called me with a status), each time being told that the device should be returned to them within a week. I was getting increasingly agitated because the weeks were turning into months and no one could give me a straight answer on when the iPod would be fixed. So on July 17 I called and spoke to the manager at this location, I think his name is Brian but I’m not sure. They still did not have the iPod back and I told him that after 10+ weeks of having my iPod I either wanted it back immediately (fixed) or part of my repair charge refunded. He advised he couldn’t do anything and advised that I call Paul, the head manager of all the WiGoClinics, at the Fairfax location. I did call Paul and he was supremely unhelpful. He told me that I should have been told at the beginning that send out repairs take 4 – 6 weeks, not 2. I pointed out that we were at week 10 with no status on the return. I explained I had been very patient but I was at my limit. He said he was sorry for the inconvenience and I told him at that point I should have a portion of my repair charge refunded. He said he couldn’t do that. He wouldn’t elaborate or say more than that and I said that was unacceptable. Again he said sorry and I pointed out that if he were not the manager of store he would think the delays and lack of communication were ridiculous. He was silent and said he couldn’t do anything. I told him if that was the case I would be sharing my experience with their business on Angie’s List and Unilocal and he said to go ahead. The customer service all around has been horrible. I was going to give them one more week and if I didn’t have the iPod back I would file a dispute with my credit card because I wasn’t sure I was ever going to get it back. I finally got a call on July 20^th that it was fixed. I went right away to pick it up and the person working there was not exactly friendly (though I may have been hypersensitive at that point). I saw on the invoice that once you leave the store if something is wrong with your repair they are not responsible. I asked if they had a charging plug I could use to test the iPod and he acted annoyed but did produce one (and it worked). The final annoyance was that they had written my first initial and last name across the back in permanent marker. I understand they wanted to make sure they knew whose device belonged to which customer but there has to be a better way than to permanently mark it. It’s not even my device and my daughter asked why my name was written on it. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences in a long time and I will never go back.

I called ahead of time to see if they could fix my screen on the same day. They said that yes they could. I immediately drove there and when I got there they did not even have the part to fix it. Nor could they have fixed it that day. They are at worst liars and at best have terrible customer service. It obviously could have been a rare mistake but based on my experience I would not recommend it at all.

Bought the part myself, and asked them to install it. Took one hour. Works perfectly.

I wasn’t sure where to go when I had a problem with some wires of the PCB of my washer. So, I called them up and asked if he could take a look at it. He did and was nice enough to fix it for me. Worked great. The price is reasonable and beats buying a whole new PCB from the manufacturer.
