This specific location has been a blessing. They helped when my card was stolen, refunded everything, helped me in situations when I needed great customer service. Everyone is friendly and everyone seems to know what they are doing, the managers are awesome and the bank in general has been good to me ever since I joined up, had a few hiccups here and there with the 1 – 800 number, but the overall experience at this branch has been wonderful.

Some banks can really suck, but BB&T isn’t bad. Their online service is really good and they have the «take a picture to make a deposit» thing on their iPhone app, so that’s pretty cool.
Sometimes you need to talk to someone in real life and deposit a check for whatever reason, so its nice that BB&T has several branches in Chapel Hill. The drive-​thru has lollipops in this branch which is nice for the kids. Reminds me of when I was a kid going to the bank. Good time.
