We specialize in Bonified Bodacious Fresh Local Cuisine, utilizing fresh produce from Piedmont Biofarm, Shreech produce, Cliffs Meat Market and who ever we can tract down the freshest local ingredients. we produce nothing that comes from a can, box or ready made.

History

Established in 2015.

Personal Home Cuisine was establish in 2012 as a catering and events, and Private Chef business. We concentrated on international cuisine in developing our menus. Now in 2015 BreakFast & Beyond mobile Kitchen is continuing by going back to the basics with a gourmet international background and southern local favorites.

Business Owner

Bill D has 13 years in the food industry, He graduated from the International Culinary Institute at The Art institute in Durham. He has lots of food industry experience including Centerplate Catering at The Raleigh Convention Center, Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, UNC Hospital, Glass Half Full, Carolina Brewery, not to mention growing up assisting with «Pig Pickens» as a child.
