Being new to the area, I didn’t know where to turn for a facial, but luckily I turned to Unilocal,and just like always, was guided to a WONDERFUL choice– Flawless Day Spa!
From the warm welcome that I received from Renee to the FABULOUS facial that I received from Wendy, the whole experience was positive! Wendy took the time to learn about my skin type and then created a customized a facial just for me! She is genuinely interested in her clients’ needs and works hard to exceed expectations!
Will I return? ABSOLUTELY!

I was amazed to find a spa of this caliber in my home town. Wendy works miracles with the customized facials she’s given me. I love how my skin feels and looks. At her recommendation I started using two of the Eminence facial products. Wow! I had no idea the imperfections were curable! Between the exfoliant and the moisturizer, my skin feels and looks great every day! I truly appreciate the great service I’ve always received as well as the superior knowledge each member of the spa generously shares. Oh, and I drive out of my way for the Eminence products! They are awesome! Really!

terrible experience before i even walked through the door. will never return. customer service is terrible. hated everything about it.
They continue to comment on the post to try to make it seem as though it is my fault for what happened but their receptionist was rude from the time she got on the phone that has nothing to do with me.
It is not my fault that they overbook their technicians to the point where you can’t run 5 to 10 minutes late for your appointment without either not being able to make a new one and them taking your money
Or you receiving half of the service that you’re paying for.
Like I said they can make all the excuses I want to in the comments, the customer service is terrible

I have now been a regular client at Flawless Day Spa for over a year now. The service has remained consistently excellent each time I have been there, which is twice a month. The staff has continued to be expert and very welcoming. They CARE that you receive the best they have to offer at each appointment. Wendy, Renee and Tonya are awesome! Thank you, Flawless Day Spa for making my life better!

Fabulous first time experience at Flawless and with a chemical peel and microdermabrasion. I will be back!

The best gel mani-​pedi EVER. I recommend Amanda highly though she books up fast. The whole ambience is so peaceful, no rush. Much different experience than other salons and well worth it.

I visited Flawless Day Spa for the second time to get a deluxe pedicure. It was awesome. Jessica did a fantastic job. My feet look and feel great. She was also very personable and made the experience extremely pleasant.

Great facial today. Took advantage of a «special». Did not give a 5 due to the high prices.

Andy and his Neural Reset Therapy is a cut above any massage specialist I have seen. It’s cutting edge therapy that goes way beyond massage. Ask for Andy and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic facial experience. Didn’t know «spa» experiences could be sooo professional. Clean, friendly, relaxing, even informative. And it felt so good.

Best place to get a great massage, facial, or mani/​pedi! Yvonda and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing! They are very knowledgeably about relaxation and skin care. Plus, the products are organic which is hard to find! If you’re looking for REAL skin treatment you have to try this place.

Always happy with my services at Flawless day. I love the facials! It’s not the kind of day spa where you want to hang out all day but it’s a great place to pamper yourself in between meetings or errands.

I’ve been here three times now. First, had a massage with Andy… awesome. Then I had a massage with Sara… again, awesome. Then I was gifted a facial with Wendy, uh, amazing!!! This place ROCKS!!! Love the staff, love the location, love the wine.

I had an organic facial and I felt amazing afterwards. My skin looked and felt good all day. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the space was clean. Whenever I go for any kind of spa treatment I want to relax, feeling like I am in good hands and that they are not always trying to sell me on things and other treatments. That is exactly what I got here and I will very likely come back.

My massage was weak at best. I mentioned to the woman that I had some stress in my neck and shoulders and to please apply more pressure. at best I felt like I had somebody just putting a little lotion on my body it was not a very good massage at all but I had had good massages there in the past

I think the people are wonderful and it sounds like massage/​facial services are great… But, i bought a groupon for a gel mani/​pedi and was pretty disappointed. It is NOT a nail salon, i sat in a desk chair with my feet in a soaker tub. The color selection was very very limited and the polish isnt very thick. It took several coats of gel and my nails feel squished. There is also gel polish on my skin and the painting is mediocre. The nail art is really bad and I shouldn’t have let her keep it on there because i felt bad that she tried so hard, and she really was very very nice, and we both wanted to get out before the snow. Unfortunately I am no left paying double to have it taken off and re-​painted somewhere else. I’ve attached photos.

My daughter, two granddaughters, and I had appointments for pedicures and manicures. Yvonda was great! Our ages ranged from 9 to 71, and she was at ease with each of us. We enjoyed the treatments as well as the repartee. Would gladly return… if Yvonda took care of us.

I had the second half of my groupon, a facial with Nicole today. Also excellent. She is very skilled, heard my concerns and address each one. They seem to have an excellent staff and offer specials that make going back easy and affordable. I love that I can pamper myself so well and not break the bank.

I have been to Flawless Day Spa at least 8 times for massages and it is always a great experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the massage therapists are amazing; they go above and beyond to meet your specific needs. Stephanie and Tanya are excellent! You will not get a run of the mill massage here that’s for sure. Theses therapists are trained in several techniques and use them to ensure that you have a great experience and feel better. There’s no need to try any other spa, Flawless has all the services you could want, competitive prices, clean, and they have plenty of specials. I always look forward to going back.

Well, I finally caved in and instead of buying my typical facial, i bought a facial and massage combo for $ 79 off Groupon. This was my first visit to Flawless Day Spa and had high expectations due to the high ratings on Unilocal.
Booking was a bit difficult. They were fully booked about 1.5−2 weeks in advance. So it was kind of a bummer to have to wait so long, but it ended up working out. Communication between the staff via email was easy and responsive. Plus Points.
Before I go on about the quality of my facial and massage, I have to explain what had happened just prior to it. It’s common that spas send reminders and warn about the 24 hr cancellation policy. At Flawless Day Spa They are slightly more diligent about making sure you’re coming to your appointment. Fine. i get it. Time is money. Well, time is money for me as well!
I showed up ten minutes prior to my appointment, it was a rainy, thunderous afternoon. Immediately upon arrive I am apologized to because there is a 10 minute delay due to a previous appointment running late due to weather. I thoroughly understand, my appointment will be pushed back a bit.
I waited patiently and met Wendy, who did my facial. By the time I was shown into the room it was 25 minutes past my original appointment time. By the time I was on the table and Wendy started to work her magic, it was 30 minutes past. So because I waited patiently for my appointment, I would assume they would have bumped the next few appointments as well. After all I did pay money for a 60 minute facial… and like i said, time is money.
The facial was just ok. I’m not sure if she felt rushed or what, but I’ve had dozens of facials before elsewhere and have never left with a film of dried «facial-​mask» before. She did a lot of massaging of my face, some basic cleanser, checked for any extractions, the basics. When she said she was done, i thanked her and looked at the clock. The total time she spent on me was 35 minutes.
I was shocked. I understand they have a business to run, but i waited patiently for my turn and so should the next. if they’re not willing to make others wait, they should reschedule their patrons.
Onto my massage with Tammy. Wow, her hands are amazing. I dont get a lot of massages because I’m just not accustomed to strangers touching me, but she did a great job with pressure, working every area and focusing on the areas that needed it the most. She was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and I definitely left feeling relaxed. But again, she started on me 5 minutes past the hour and finished ten till.
So basically I paid for a 60 minute facial and a 60 minute massage but got a 35 minute facial and 50 minute massage. If i hadn’t purchased a Groupon, I would have said something immediately. Instead, I’m saying it here on Unilocal.
Also, I have to note that when I got home, I rubbed my forehead, neck, and cheeks only to have that left over facial-​mask peel off like dried elmer’s glue. There was still residual seeds or exfoliating stuff under my chin. I duno, maybe that’s how they do their facials — I’m just not sure if it’s the correct way if I leave feeling like my face is dirty and need a shower immediately after i get back.
Don’t get me wrong, everyone at Flawless Day Spa is very nice, courteous, and sweet. But if you’re going to put so much emphasis on the 24 hour cancellation rule and sending numerous reminders, the business should also be mindful of the patron’s time. I would probably come back for another massage but maybe when they’re less busy and have enough time for me?
