History

Established in 2014.

Prior to opening Ignite Wellness Chiropractic Center, Dr. Bigbie and Dr. Garrabrant worked at one of the largest chiropractic offices in the state of South Carolina, Bigbie Chiropractic Office. During their time at Bigbie Chiropractic Office, it was voted The State’s Best Chiropractor. Dr. Bigbie and Dr. Garrabrant were inspired to bring this excellence in healthcare to the Chapel Hill community.

The doctors that work here are always so friendly and gave me my x-​rays for free before starting treatment! I love that they have free informational events a few times a month. I have never had a negative experience here and never have had to wait. I even had my boyfriend and mom start coming.

My husband and I have been working with Drs. Bigbie and Garrabrant for couple months now. We totally love the experience! There was a $ 20 initial assessment and based on the results, we were each given a plan with 3 financing options (one time full payment with a discount or monthly payment with reasonable rates). Insurance is accepted and if you don’t have a very good insurance or no insurance, there is a «family discount», which is really not bad. I love the payment structure so you know how much you pay and there is no hidden expenses, no dietary promotion or anything like that. Dr. Bigbie and Dr. Garrabrand are so easy to talk to and they are always willing to answer your questions. The receptionist Allison is so friendly, too. The schedule is really flexible and they always managed to squeeze me in if I have a last minute conflict. We also love the free workshops. Oh, they also have a monthly «dinner with the doctors». Totally recommend!
