Maitland and Maitland acted as our closing attorneys back in 2006 when we purchased our home in Chapel Hill. As a little perk of doing business with them they gave us a gift card to their brewery /​restaurant, Top of the Hill. The closing went fine, even though we had a last minute change. The other interaction we had with them was fantastic. Some random floor contractor put a lien on our house, even though they had never done any work. Maitland and Maitland quickly made the problem go away, and they were mad on our behalf! The best part is they did not even charge us. Hard to believe in this day and age. I would use them again, classy business.
