Pam Herndon – State Farm Insurance Agent

HANDS DOWN, best State Farm office ever! Coming from Florida in 2009, I didn’t know a soul in town and needed to buy a car. Up here, things are different than in Florida. In Florida, you buy the car THEN get insurance; up here, it’s backwards. AND to buy a car, you have to have a NC driver’s license, which unless you have a car, you can’t take the driving test. (Is it just me or does anyone else see that this makes NO SENSE?)
Anyway, the receptionist at this office loaned me her car to take my driving test… just handed me her keys. Me, a stranger. I was touched, and this office has been my favorite since then. The receptionists have changed a couple of times but they still know who I am when I call, they treat me with respect, and they’re just awesome people — apparently that’s the kind of people they hire — awesome.
When I have insurance needs, they fill them. When I have problems, they solve them. I couldn’t recommend them any more than I do right now.
When I think of the State Farm motto, I think of Pam Herndon’s office.
