Pilates is a classical method developed to target the core postural muscles and has become a mainstay in the fitness industry. Xtend Barre™ fuses elements of ballet, pilates, and weights in a 55 minute intense session. Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to learn moves and burns up to 600 calories per hour. TRX® is a suspension training system using a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Studio East 54 is the first studio to offer all four services in one location.

Katie Martin is a nationally recognized fitness and health leader, with over eleven years of working experience in the Triangle. Katie is a UNC alumna, holds numerous certifications, and is a Teacher Trainer for Xtend Barre.
