Living at The Pointe at Chapel Hill has been an absolute delight. My last few rental experiences in Chapel Hill have been markedly negative, and living here has been a serious breath of fresh air. I’ve been living here for almost two years now and still love it. Management and maintenance are kind, accommodating, and trustworthy. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the apartments are clean and in great condition. This complex is particularly awesome for pet owners– the dog park is wonderful! The complex is peaceful and quiet. I wholeheartedly recommend The Pointe.

I’ve been living at the Pointe (formerly 82 Magnolia but now under new management) for about 6 weeks and, so far, I really like it. The leasing and move-​in process was really easy and my roommate and I feel like the apartment we moved into was very similar to the model we were shown.
Everything was in good shape when we moved in and we haven’t had to call for maintenance yet (fingers crossed). The office staff seems kind of ambivalent or aloof, but they’re very nice. Our neighbors are pretty much the same way.
It’s a little expensive for this area, but in this case I think it’s worth it just because the place is so comfortable (huge bathtubs) and safe (we have four deadbolts, and this isn’t even a bad area of town).
