They wrote me the WRONG prescription!
And then they didn’t really seem to care. I left a number of messages. Each time they would tell me someone would get back to me about this by a certain day and time, and each 6+ times, they did not follow up. And they couldn’t figure out why I would be upset.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
So you guys made a mistake and then made it seem like it was my fault because I didn’t catch it before I filled the prescription. Maybe you guys shouldn’t have wrote the incorrect prescription in the first place. What if you wrote me a medication that could have caused serious harm to me and I didn’t catch it at all?
All I asked for was to be reimbursed for the WRONG medication I paid for at the pharmacy. They outright refused to correct their mistake.
I’ve never had this ever happen to me. I also wouldn’t have expected this lack of response to my concern.
I would STAY AWAY from this place.
