History

Established in 1995.

Opened in 1995 by L.K. (Trey) Harrell, III to serve the needs of the community in Chapin, SC and the surrounding areas. Jeremy Martin joined the firm in 2001, and later became a partner, forming Harrell & Martin. They added Jennifer Dowd in the fall of 2007 to further grow their business. They are supported by Paralegals: Denise Mack, Lisa Derrick and Linda Wilson, Title Insurance Specialist: Rena Peurifoy, Assistants: Phyllis Landry and Alfreda Workman, and Office Manager Lisa Frick.

Business Owner

Trey is the founding member of Harrell & Martin, PA. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Lexington Country Bar Association, the Columbia Home Builder’s Association, the Chapin Chamber of Commerce (former board member), and Lake Murray Presbyterian Church where he is an Elder, has served two terms on Session and taught Sunday School.
