We have been providing quality child care to the Chardon community for over 43 years. We care for and educate children from 6 weeks to 12 years old both full and part time.

Children receive breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks at no extra cost to families.

Since Chardon Community Day Care Center is operated by a non profit agency, we can offer the lowest cost possible for Early Education and Care.

JFS contracts accepted.

We voluntarily exceed State licensing standards by being certified as One Star in Ohio’s Step Up To Quality program. This means we maintain lower staff-​child ratios, provide more professional development to our staff, have more staff with college degrees and have more inspections than Early Education Centers who have are not star-​rated centers.

We offer several ways to pay, including automatic credit /​debit card payment, automatic withdrawals from bank accounts, credit cards, check and money order.

History

Established in 1970.

Chardon Community Day Care Center is one of the longest-​running daycare centers in the area. We are a non-​profit program, which means we receive support from a variety of agencies and individuals, allowing us to offer the lowest costs possible for our services.
