History
Established in 1973.
Formerly known as DeBord Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, the most dependable, reliable service company in the Northeast Ohio area, has been servicing communities since 1973. When Jack DeBord retired in 1989, he sold the business to his nephew, Dennis Kratochvil and his wife Leona. Dennis carries on the family tradition as a fourth generation plumber. His great grandfather started the family plumbing trade at 105th and Cedar in Cleveland. Dennis carries a state license for plumbing, heating, hydronics, backflow prevention, fire and sprinkler as well as a City of Cleveland Master Plumber.
2006 was a year of great change, we made the decision to change the company name to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and DeBord’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, but we did not change ownership or management, so you will still get that great local service when you call. Our commitment to doing a quality job for long time customers and new ones like you is stronger than ever before
