John and his wife Sheila have been in the Flooring Business in Jefferson County for 25 years. They have a clear vision of the flooring industry and enjoy sharing this knowledge with their customers. John brings to the Charles Town area integrity and knowledge. John is very involved in the community.

History

Established in 1989.

John Norton started the business in 1989 as a paint store and then added flooring. He has been joined by many wonderful staff members who have helped him progress in this area. John and his wife, Sheila, work side by side to ensure the customer gets the BEST service possible. John has always visited the home to ensure the installationis top notch adnthat the customer has received the best flooringfor their family. John joined Carpet One, a flooring co-​op, in the past year and ahalf in an effort to offer the customers additional savings and better guarantees.

Business Owner

Sheila has always worked on and off in the business with her husband, John. In the past two years, since retiring from nursing she has played a more intregal part in the business. Sheila does most of the marketing and she also handles the social networking. Sheila loves to work with the customers and help with design ideas. Sheila is here to stay!
