Established in 1994.

Metro Public Adjustment, Inc. has been an advocate for the rights of you, the property owner. Our primary purpose is to help you navigate through the turbulent waters of settling your property loss claim. Just as any vessel needs an experienced captain and crew, so does the typical homeowner when battling against the insurance companies for their rights. In 1985, the parents of Steven J. McCaffrey, sustained water damage to their residence. They were told that they were not covered by their policy and that their claims was denied. Steven, in researching whether or not the insurance company was correct, was referred to a Public Adjuster. The Public Adjuster came out to inspect the claim. He reviewed the policy and provided education for free about the different insurance policies available. Realizing that a Public Adjuster offered such a valuable service to property owners, Steve decided to make it his mission to educate property owners about their rights under their insurance policy.
