Overall I was fully underwhelmed by Chris as a realtor and would not suggest him. He was not horrible, however he was not helpful either. He knew we were from out of state, but never felt it was necessary to help explain things to us and just assumed we knew the process here, so we ran into many unnecessary surprises. Also when asking about local schools, crime ratings etc of houses in areas he told me to go look it up. My family was in from out of town, one being my grandparents who are getting older and very unlikely they would be able to make it in town again to visit once the purchase was complete, I called Chris asking to set up a showing… he said he would get back with me but never did. He apologized and said, have them come back and I will get you in. What part of they are elderly and live in another state he did not understand was beyond me but needless to say my grandparents have never gotten a chance to see or visit our new home. Also we chose to go with someone else for the financing of our house that Chris did not pick and seemed to be irritated about it, stating that it not being local he can’t ensure they would get things done on time. However I had to call and basically harass them to get things over to our financing company to make sure we made the deadlines because they were not sending over things in a timely manner and were holding up the process. To top it all off… Chris was out of town for the closing which was understandable, but not once after he returned did he reach out to ask if everything went OK and to make sure we were happy in our new home. He did however take the time to send multiple emails and letters asking for a review on his service. So here is my review. I could go on and on about how lackluster his service really was but they only give you so much space. So unless you know the area, the real-​estate laws in SC and just need someone to push the paper for you, find someone else.

Chris and his team was amazing to work with! After 5 months on the market with a different realtor our house sat with no bites but after just 4 days with Chris and his team we had a cash offer! His marketing strategies and great reputation in the area got us an offer and a few short weeks later a closing and more money in our pocket then we had imagined. Thank you Chris and Christina!

Chris is awesome! My husband and I recently relocated to the Charleston area, and I found Chris by doing a quick Google search. We tend to be the «spur of the moment» type of people; so when I called Chris on a Thursday, it was with the hope that he could show us homes on that Saturday. He had a list of homes for me within 30 minutes, and he took us out to see all the ones we liked that weekend. When we revamped our search to a different area and found a house we liked, we were anxious to get inside the next day. Chris already had showings set up, but he went out of his way to send one of his other agents to the home to show it to us. We put an offer on that house the next day, and Chris guided us seamlessly through the whole process, from getting the best contract drawn up to recommending a mortgage lender and insurance agent, right up until closing. He and his team were quick to answer any questions we had and were checking in with us throughout the whole process.

During our home search, Chris has become not only our realtor, but a friend. Chris is the definition of professionalism, honesty, and patience. Never once did he ever pressure us or make us feel obligated into buying something we were not 100% sure on.
Chris helped my husband and I through the process of becoming first time home buyers. He always offered advice when we asked and even went above and beyond by providing voluntary home buying seminars!
