Digital Remedy Repair is a full service shop that specializes in iPhone repair, laptop repair, iPad repair, and Android repair. We offer a wide range of repair services from iphone screen replacements to laptop screen repair, data recovery, water damage repair, and many others. We can repair any make or model of phone or computer! We specialize in providing a free estimate on all laptop and iPhone repairs before any work is performed, and all of our device repair services come with a full 6 month warranty on the parts and labor.

We also curate and sell a selection of hand-​selected mobile phone and laptop accessories like speakers, headphones, earbuds, and other awesome gadgets and gizmos. We’ve scoured the depths of the internet and the far corners of the world to find the coolest tech products that aren’t carried anywhere else.

History

Established in 2013.

Digital Remedy was founded by Alex and fiancé Lauren. After many years working for and with repair stores in NYC as a consultant, Alex decided it was time to put up or shut up, and opened a pilot Digital Remedy Repair store in Monroe, LA. The pilot went so well, that almost exactly a year later, Alex and Lauren opened their second location here in Charleston where they reside. Now they’re shaking up the Charleston repair scene by offering the lowest prices and fastest repairs, and shaking up the tech community with weekly classes, events, meetups, and impromptu concerts in the Digital Remedy Repair private courtyard.

Business Owner

After years of working as a marking and operations consultant for iPhone and computer repair shops in NYC, Alex got tired of the freezing north-​eastern winters and moved from Brooklyn to Charleston. Once here, he promptly traded in all winter jackets for shorts, adopted two cats, and opened the second Digital Remedy Repair location in downtown. When he’s not at the shop fixing phones or throwing events, he can be found fishing on the beach or biking through Mt. Pleasant. His one goal in life is to finally get Yelp Elite status.
