Updating my prior review after Plugs owner worked to make things right. Seeing my Unilocal review he contacted me quickly to offer a loaner and then replacement option for the refrigerator I had originally ordered, which was not available in time for my holiday needs. He sent the replacement «on trial» and did not ask for payment until I was sure it would work for me. Clearly this business wants to make things right for the customer. I would try again if I have future appliance needs.

This is Indeed a 5 Star Establishment.
Most Home Goods type Retailers do one Thing Good. They might offer Great Service, or they might have the Best Prices, or perhaps they have great selection. Rarely do you find a Company that does All of these Things Good. I spent a Fair amount of time, touring Plugs & I can say, they do it all Right.
The company is family owned, and the Owner views the companies reputation, the same way as he views his families reputation. His families reputation is very Important to him. The General Manager cares about people first, people in the sense of Customers & Employees. This translates to a shopping experience, that brings you back to the Old Days, when Relationships, and doing the Right Thing was more Important than Profit.
The Showrooms, are very warm — inviting & easy to Navigate. They have nice Whole Kitchen Set up’s that allow the customer to envision what an entire Appliance Package will look like. They also have a Great Range of Appliances to Choose From, everything from Inexpensive /​Rental Appliances to High End Designer Appliances.
This company Does it Right. They Value Relationships over all else, and this Flows down positively Effecting Every Aspect of Their Business from Warehouse to Sales Floor
I don’t Live in South Carolina, however If I ever do, I will not even consider buying an Appliance or a Mattress else where.
