We know that people are intimidated, frustrated, and confused by the Social Security process. Our goals are to demonstrate to our clients that we are knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled in guiding disabled people through their Social Security claims; that we are responsive to their requests for information; that we will relieve them of the burden of meeting deadlines and obtaining evidence; and we’re confident in our interactions with judges and experts.

History

Established in 1992.

My staff and I help deserving people get approved for Social Security Disability and SSI benefits. These benefits help them pay their debts; provide them with a monthly support payment to pay for their food, clothing, and shelter; and gives them access to the basic health care that they need.

Business Owner

I’m a native West Virginian and have lived in the Kanawha Valley all of my life. I majored in Economics and Philosophy at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and earned my law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. I’m the former municipal judge of the cities of Charleston, St. Albans, and Nitro, West Virginia, and have practiced Social Security law exclusively since 1998.
