An alternative approach to event planning. The Event Cooperative is a highly personalized, creative and knowledgeable consulting service. We offer services to include Day-of Coordination, Partial Service Planning, Full Service Event Planning for Weddings, Social, and Corporate Events.
Working closely with the most progressive vendors in our industry, we offer insight on where to find the greatest value and creative vision for every event. The framework of each program is carefully constructed to best reflect our client’s unique planning needs. Depending upon the scope of your request, we may work to identify key details, make vendor referrals, manage and negotiate contracts, outline timelines, and provide onsite event management.

Maryann awakened an innate passion for the hospitality industry at an early age; honing her skills while working in prestigious restaurants and resorts throughout New England before moving south. Evolving in her career as an events professional after many years in the Low Country, Maryann recognizes the area as home, as well as a creative center for all personal and professional endeavors. With the recent launch of her event planning company, The Event Cooperative, Maryann feels free to work creatively with her clients on a broad range of projects from event consulting to management and planning. Maryann’s polished skills in all aspects of the hospitality industry give her a unique edge as an event planning professional.
