Specialties
First, we believe to be a great restaurant, you need to have great food. We source as much of our food locally as possible. We use beef from cattle herds that are raised exclusively on South Carolina grass pasture. These yummy cows come from McCutchen Farms in Kingstree and Hill Creek Farms in Darlington. Also, as a service to our guests, we are a drop site for a local farm’s CSA program… Hudson Family Farm in Rowesville is also one of our sources for local produce.
