All IT does incredible service! My computer broke and Ilya and his team immediately took over and got us a newer, faster system. I’m sure the work would have cost much more at any other company. Do yourself a favor and call up All IT ASAP!

We needed support with our Microsoft Server about 1 – 2 years ago. This company, All IT, sent someone out, spent about a full day in our office, and when they were finished, nothing was fixed. The service technician said he just needed me to sign the paperwork letting his bosses know he was at my office, which I thought was all it was. Apparently, All IT took this as approval that the job was done. It was not! They then sent me a bill for over $ 1000. I told them I was not paying for their service when they didn’t do anything. They have since sent a collection agency after us for this payment, which I will not pay. Also, this person, Ilya E, whom I have never met, has given my company a bad review on this website based off this incident. He has no basis for giving my company a bad review, but this has prompted me to respond by giving a legitimate bad review on his company. I actually have a real complaint, unlike All IT.

I hired All IT Supported when my wife’s laptop died with no backup for her dissertation. Ilya Elbert from All IT Supported showed up in a couple of hours to save the day. He was courteous and professional. Ilya explained to us the procedure for recovering data from hard drive, gave us a very reasonable quote and was able to back up all data in half the time!!! We are very impressed with the level of service that we received from All IT Supported, and most of all with the outcome! We highly recommend All IT Supported to all our friends and acquaintances for any computer support in greater Boston area.
