i have very mixed reviews on michaels services. my wife and i used him to prepare our taxes for a few years. all was well until we got audited. though michael indicated that he would assist us through the process, he not only lied about submitting paperwork to the IRS but he then stopped returning any phone calls or emails placed to the office essentially refusing to meet with us any further.
i would have accepted an answer of not having the time to handle an audit (even though it was triggered by a tax return he prepared.) but the unprofessionalism of avoiding contact from an established client is baffling and unacceptable.
