We just purchased a house that’s three years old. The carpet appeared to be in great condition with the exception of a few strange stains. Eric was able to completely remove the stains, and made the rest of the carpet look better than we expected. He was on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. It couldn’t have gone better. I will definitely use them again.

Holy cow, Eric made our carpets look new again! Not an easy task considering we have 4 little kids and the carpets are almost 9 years old. He took his time and worked HARD! I held off on writing the review since I’ve had other companies clean our carpets and once the carpet is dry they look horrible again. Totally not the case with Absolute Resurface. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend.

Great service! I found Absolute Resurface through good reviews and they were true. You can book online which is super convenient and Eric was even able to move my appointment up a few days to a better time after a quick email to him. He was prompt, and did extra work to protect our home (covered floors, protected wall corners and the stairs and banister). I got 4 rooms done and the carpet looks (and smells!) brand new including a room that had two puppies worth of damage and stink. We had a corner that the puppies had gotten to, and Eric stretched the carpet and re-​stapled it for us as well. I would highly recommend.

We had the grout in our kitchen and bath done today. Absolute called to confirm they were coming, arrived early and did an excellent job. Absolute was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. We highly recommend them to any prospective customer. We have used numerous services in the past and this is by far the best.

Eric did an amazing job of cleanup on all the pet stains (and there were many) on our carpet and they look like new. He also repaired carpet damage from our dog digging up the carpet and replaced with a section from our closet and the carpet looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone. We have used him in the past and he has exceeded our expectations every time.

My second time using Absolute Resurface to clean my carpets. Eric is very responsive and does an extremely thorough job every time. It really helps my carpets that have lots of wear and tear and stains from 3 messy dogs. I always recommend him for carpet cleaning!

This is the second time I use Eric and just like the first time her got my filthy carpets looks fresh and brand new he does an excellent job quickly and professionally he takes extra steps to make sure that your home is protected while he works, he lays mats down to protect your floors where his hose will be laying and guards the edges of your walls so the hose does not rub your walls. Thank you Eric for continuing to do a great job !

I have called many companies to search for the best one with the best price. I have received a number of Absolute Resurface Incorporated from my sister. When I called, Eric gave me the best deal and came the same weak as requested. Eric did a fantastic job in my house. He was very precise and detailed. He did everything I asked for and more. He moved all possible furniture to clean as much in the room as possible. He was very nice and honest. He won my trust and I will recommend his work to everyone.
