Tried to call the shop on November since they have a good sale on one of the shoes I liked. I bought from them befor.
With in a whole week tried to call few times, left massages left emails, but no one bothered to call me back. Bad customer practice…

I have been coming to this shop for years now. Alegria is a fantastic brand that cured my planter fascia is both feet! They have trendy styles and colors! The staff is very friendly. I love that they give you their honest opinion when trying on shoes. If they don’t look good on you, they will tell you! I think the main lady who works there is named Ann — she is amazing!

My experience is for the online store only, and the customer service I have received from the NC shop which services the online store. Well, it’s been very good, unlike other alegria shoe sites, they do sell in wide width, which is helpful. And I have bought a number of shoes here over the past year and I have been very satisfied with both the shoes and the online/​phone service.
