Used the curbside Valet at Charlotte Douglas airport. The way it is structured is that you pay before taking receipt of the car (even left a tip, you know what is coming). It was late night, my car was parked in the shadows, claimed it and drive off. The next morning found a 1.5 wide gash on the left 2 doors. Looks like they other took a corner to close, or when pulling out another car they scraped my car. But of course their story is it was done after I drove off. I have an 8 year old car with 50K miles and I still get compliments on the paint.
Sorely disappointed that the drivers here don’t step up and take responsibility for their own poor performance. If you do use this service, take a pic of your car as you are dropping off. Also, do not pay till you see your car.
Yes its my fault I didn’t inspect the car, but after a 1 day travel trip just wanted to get home. My second mistake was trusting folks to be responsible and own up their own actions.
