Business Owner

Herbert W. Auger is the founding partner and leading trial counsel at Auger & Auger, a premier personal injury law firm. He is licensed in four states, NC, NY, FL & CT. He started his law career working for a large injury firm in NYC that handled a variety of large injury claims ranging from medical malpractice to construction site, elevator, car and truck accidents and other related claims. In 1994, Mr. Auger relocated his practice to NC where he expanded the areas of practice to include workers’ compensation, dog bite, daycare accidents, injuries to children and motorcycle accident claims. They are also broadened their reach from Charlotte, by opening offices in Raleigh and Greensboro in 2011.
