Business Owner

Owner José M. Baez has been in the automotive industry for 27 years. He and his wife Lilly, opened their first automotive repair shop in Florida. They owned that shop for 5 years before moving with their 2 children, José and Nicolas to Charlotte, NC. In 2009 they opened Autow Hook-​Up, Inc., in North Graham Street.

After 4 years, Autow Hook-​Up relocated to our current location on 2932 Gibbon Road. José and Lily are proud of their new shop along with their excellent employees, Kyle (Service Advisor), Mercedes (Office Manager), Michael (Lead Technician) and Larry (Service Technician).

It is their desire to continue servicing their community and have everyone’s vehicle running great at all times.
